Nothing can go wrong with this place, it's at the centre of the Capri's town and it has good coffee. The pastry (at least the Ferrero one that we had) was alright. I belive they have good drinks too. The staff - super friendly. Be sure to tell them whether you want takeaway or sit down. Sitting down is more expensive obviously.

Get for lunch & dinner, with a perfectly people watching spot for few drinks. With in the centre square of Capri, il Piccolo is a big recommendation. The whole island is expensive for drinks so not much you can do about that.Will visit again

I don’t usually leave a review but I would like to write something now. The food and coffee is incredible overpriced but what’s more the taste of the coffee was horrendous. Really sour and it tasted really off. If I could, I would leave a zero stars but that’s not an option. I would definitely not recommend this cafe.

Uno dei migliori Bar (almeno per fare la colazione) nel cuore di Capri proprio nella piazzetta da come si esce dalla funicolare. Personale cordiale e disponibile, pulizia, velocità nel servizio e sopratutto un ampia scelta di Croissant caldo appena sfornati. Per fare colazione nel mio soggiorno a Capri è stato una garanzia. Prezzi accessibili se consumati al banco. Al tavolo cambia tutto…

Very expensive which is to be expected for Capri but one would hope at least for the price, the quality of food would be good. This was not the case as we had the worst pizza (might've been a frozen pizza from the supermarket) so far on our trip in Italy. The juice was 16 euros for a small glass. The location is prime but better off drinking and eating elsewhere. There was a very good pizza place down the alley called Pizzeria Longano which was also much cheaper.

Due caffè, di cui uno corretto: 13,50 €Alla faccia del servizio al tavolo! Peraltro veramente sudicio.Ci si immagina un costo superiore alla media a Capri, ma fuori stagione? In questa maniera? Significa approfittarsene e non avere ritegno.

There is the sit down price and the stand up price. It may be posted on the wall and in the menu, but when you order standing up and looking into the glass at the pastries and there is no one at the restaurant and you go sit down. You don't expect the price of a 2 euro cookie to be 5 or a 4.5 cheesecake to be 10 just because you sat down. Not to mention the 4 euro lattes that come out to 10 euros. I'm all about paying ridiculous pricing for things but they have to let you know.Harry Potter is one of the servers there, seems nice enough but he didn't communicate any of this and didn't take ownership and was arguing with his reasonable staff against reducing the price even by a little. Either way I paid extra and left.

I went inside and asked for a Cappuccino and wanted to pay immediately. They said „no, pay later, sit down first“. Now I know why: 8,50 for a small Cappuccino. This is a standard cafe, nothing special. I am speechless.

If you wanna feel robbed, you are in the right place. We sat there to drink a simple expresso, and it costed us 9 EUROS each. Yes, NINE euros for a ridiculous coffee. That's a completely tourist trap, where they just wanna take advantage of people who are visiting and doesnt know the place.
