UNAHOTELS Ala Venezia

Everything about it was excellent. Unbeatable location, so easy for the Vaporetto to and from the airport, and only a couple of minutes walk to San Marco and other main attractions. We had a beautiful room, well sized, super clean with good daily housekeeping. Breakfast was great - good variety and nice quality stuff. Staff were pleasant and friendly, and a drink in the lovely bar at night was a fab end to the day. Would love to return and highly recommend.

17.05.2023- 3 of us in the morning we had breakfast there. 15 euros per person and you have properly the best meal in the town. Superb artichoke, capresse with this tomatoes and a selection of sweets - everything was perfect! And lovely and friendly service!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much

We stayed for 4 nights in June in the annex - Exclusive Double Grand Canal, so we had a little balcony overlooking the Grand Canal with amazing views. So the annex is a not far from the main hotel, like under 60 seconds to walk down the path between the buildings. I think it is the only room with a balcony and I am so glad we paid the extra to have the balcony as there is always so much to watch with all the boats and action going on below. The room was really nice and very big for Venice standards. The breakfast was great and they did it directly outside our room in the foyer area of the annex. The location is fantastic, right near St Marks Square and also there is a water bus stop directly out front of the annex. The only thing people need to be aware of, is it is up about 4 stories and no lift for people (has a lift for suitcases only) and there are 80 stairs to walk up each time. It didn't bother us, it's good to get some exercise in while on holidays. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again next time.

Ottima posizione molto centrale a due passi da piazza S Marco e dalle fermate dei vari vaporetti,camera moderna con vista sul canaletto.Avrei preferito la porta del bagno senza vetro perché anche se satinato può dare fastidio la notte quando accendi la luce.Manca il bidet ma non so se in altre camere c'è.Ottima insonorizzazione e climatizzazione peccato per la mancanza di una luce soffusa, accendi tutto e spegni tutto.Buona la colazione a buffet e servizio al tavolo per caffè e cappuccino.Personale gentile e disponibile sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Really fantastic location close to San Marco and right next to a water bus stop straight from the airport.Traditional hotel and very clean throughout, the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay, with not a huge variety but enough to set us up for the day.The room itself was excellent. Spacious with a view over the square. Two large windows to let in a lot of light, air-conditioning for the humid Venetian summer, bath with jacuzzi jets and double sinks in the bathroom. The place isn’t modern or opulent but did very well for a 3 star hotel.

Prima volta qui Venezia per il nostro anniversario. Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel per la posizione strategica e ottimo prezzo . Colazione ottima con ampia scelta e qualità . Staff molto cortese e soprattutto, abbiamo fatto la conoscenza di RONEY, ragazzo molto simpatico solare e professionale.Ci ha saputo consigliare al meglio cosa visitare e sopratutto dove mangiare .Se dovessimo ritornare a Venezia sicuramente alloggeremo ancora in questo Hotel.

The staff at UnaHotels Ala Venezia is absolutely exquisite!!! They were so helpful and kind and welcoming. The breakfast and cappuccinos each morning really started the days off right! The room was clean and our view was amazing!!! Having the taxi pick you up right out the back canal deck is so convenient. Thank you all for making my stay there unforgettable!!

The perfect location from the boat taxi. We stayed at the addition next to their restaurant. It was beautiful and roomy. The two floors were difficult with our luggage. We were centered in a perfect area to most popular places. Would stay again.

Very well located, just far away from Piazza San Marco to not be crowded but close enough for easy access. Very close to the water bus station. AC works well, bed and pillows are comfortable, spacious bathroom. Decor could be better. Our rooms (116 & 118) had an extra bed.

Lovely hotel, beautiful people and perfect location! We only wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family. If you are able to visit this most amazing place, I know you will love Una Ala Venezia as we did.
