Our dog Morgana is very fond of their service! The fact that they don't use kennels and that they have a great open area is a great advantage. Maybe it all dogs will like it equally, but we're happy about the service!

No supervision!We tried them out for our two Jack Russell's and advised them very clearly that they have separation anxiety. So one of my Jacks bit through a plastic privacy fence und crawled underneath the chicken wire to escape into the mountain woods!This must have taking him at least twenty minutes and no one noticed until he run away.It took us almost three hours to find him and he returned luckily on his own way with bloody paws.Why they don't watch the newcomers until they learn there behavior is beyond me.And they the charged us CHF 70 day rate on top of it for letting my dog escape.
