We came from Australia with suitcases after visiting Austria, Belgium, Ukraine to enjoy now Portofino. To our horror we eventually found this place after a very steep 500 step hike. Mind you without our bags. We were told bags need to go on primative cable sled to get them to the top. After spraining my ankle on the way down, I was not going to head back up. If you want to go out for dinner then be prepared to walk back up the goat track in the dark where you may encounter wild boar according to the locals.The girl Mareanna was very nice and welcoming but the place not for us more suitable for backpackers and hikers.
