Seen a few negative reviews for this place and don't understand why.It's a bit wee for a supermarket but it's a wee town too. This place has everything you could possibly want and more with attentive and lovely staff. I visited on several occasions and every interaction was quick, efficient, and polite. The deli counter is fresh as you can imagine and very well stocked. Can't fault it at all and would definitely recommend.I suspect negative reviews are from folk who simply don't travel and expect it to be a magic Walmart.

Every negative review here is so sensitive and sounds as though they have never travelled. They are perfectly pleasant and I’ve dealt with them numerous times during my visit. They were also quite helpful in helping me find balsamic vinegar for a better price that at the other specialty stores which had pretty outrageous pricing.

La titolare del negozio è molto maleducata con i clienti, non permette di toccare nulla, è scocciata per qualsiasi richiesta. Se si entra con dei bimbi la maleducazione raggiunge livelli impressionanti. Oltre a trattare male i clienti quando sono in negozio, continua con offese anche quando sono usciti. Luogo da evitare assolutamente

Incomprensibile l'antipatia gratuita (o quando si è fortunati falsamente cortese) di chi gestisce. In fondo in un supermercato che sorge in una zona così turistica ci si dovrebbe abituare ad avere a che fare con le persone e soprattutto si dovrebbe avere l'interesse di dare una buona immagine a chi va a spendere soldi in zona, senza far sentire a disagio come se si recasse disturbo. Al di là di questo, prezzi non troppo convenienti (specie sui prodotti locali) anche se in linea con la zona e con la quasi assenza di altri punti vendita.

Absolute disgrace of a store owner or employee. We had been in about 3 times to buy a few groceries. Started to come in again and she yells at me No Gelato" ok so only my wife went in. Returned later with my backpack to carry my groceries back up the long hill. I was sternly told "No Backpacks". Went back up the steep half mile to our room. Returned it was 7:00pm closing time. I just needed 2 small things. She told me "No cards" cash ok. In 20 seconds I had my 2 items she told me she "Had to go!" So I put the items back and left. What B**ch! Will never ever go back!! Horrible!"

If you’re a tourist, you should avoid this place like the plague!! We waited 30 minutes at the cash while they were passing italian behind us. Just go to the mini-market down the street.

The worst place i have been in Manarola. They speak in Italian bad things about the tourist that go there and they put locals first in the line even though you were there first. They dont appreciate all the money that they get from tourists. They are rude and arrogant.

Ambiente molto sporco e purtroppo anche il banco alimentare. Non abbiamo preso i salumi perché non ci siamo fidati dell'igiene. Abbiamo preso solo due pezzetti di focaccia ma ci siamo pentiti. Nonostante fosse ora di pranzo la focaccia non era fresca, forse del giorno prima ed inoltre l'olio utilizzato davvero di pessima qualità.
