I pre-paid and booked 2-excursion with this company via Viator. A trip to Florence and separate trip to Venice in advance of my of my arrival to Milan. I received a communication for both excursions, the tour company could not accommodate me on my schedule date. I was offered an alternate on or a refund. The alternate dates did not align with the rest of business meeting schedule for the follow the week.

Absolutely the worst!! Do NOT book through this company! Scheduled a trip of a lifetime the fall of 2022 and just received an email my trip was canceled!! Refunding the tour is meaningless when now I am out $1,600 for airfare, $400 in trip insurance and another $1,000 in Extra hotel fare! What a nightmare! Stay away!!!!!!!!!

We bought a private tour from their website. The staff was always very kind in responding to emails in a very short time. We requested changes to the tour and they were very helpful. During the tour they helped and advised us every day. Our guides and driver were fantastic !! Highly recommended
