Abbiamo soggiornato alcuni giorni in questo residence gestito da una famiglia del posto che ci ha consigliato bene per scoprire la valle e dintorni, situato in ottima posizione di Selva di Val Gardena, ottimo per famiglie, fornito di tutto l'occorente, lo consiglio a tutti che cercano una soluzione alternativa a un albergo! Molto carino, torneremo in inverno dato che si trova direttamente sulla pista da sci!

The owners behavior is out of this world. They shout at guests and think of themselves like they are better then anyone.The ski room smells badly, there is no spa or sauna like in the adds.They didn't change the bed lining and towels during our stay although we left them in the specified place.The location is on the slope, but it's for kids, so if you are and adult it's better elsewhere.Overall the price is much to high for what it offers.

Un bellissimo posto ottimo come base di partenza per camminare e anche per passo Sella e Gardena! Proprietari molto gentili e carini e appartamenti molto curati e funzionali, molto spaziosi e comodi, siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti!

The location was perfect for skiers and those who enjoy winter sports, with breathtaking views and easy access to the ski slopes.The friendly and accommodating lady went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible, and I was delighted with the spacious room that provided me with all the amenities I needed. The highlight of the room, aside from the view, was the kitchenette, which allowed me to cook and enjoy a taste of home-cooked food during my stay.The breathtaking views from my room only added to the fantastic experience, and I was able to fully immerse myself in the natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, with all the amenities you could ask for, in a prime location for winter sports enthusiasts.
