Molto pratico e comodo per spostarsi in centro. Peccato che abbia trovato la giostra del saracino e quindi nella piazza c'era la terra che mi ha sporcato le ruote del trolley. La signora mi ha aiutato a pulire la valigia.

The worst service. Upon arrival we’re told it would be €10 per bag when the website advertised €5. After saying we only needed 90 minutes as we had a train to catch they agreed to €5 per bag. When we went to collect the main door was closed/locked. No answer from the buzzer and had to try two phone numbers to find someone. By the time someone showed up we had already missed our pre-paid train to Modena and had to pay double to get the next train. Only when I went back to tell them that we were going to miss our train did they offer a refund of the finally reduced and advertised €10. Absolutely furious.In response to your message, this is the same address and website advertised on the door to the property. The front door pic in the above pictures is the same too so must be the same place. No?
