È un posto tranquillo rilassante e pulizia eccellente ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sono stato 3 Giorni fà una struttura stupenda con vista mozzafiato i proprietari sono Gentilissimi sono stati a disposizione su tutto vi hanno omaggiato anche di una buonissima mozzarella del posto.Hanno terminato i lavori giù la proprietà che hanno fatto una piccola cucina.e Poi si trova vicinissimo alla costiera.Meraviglioso

Struttura veramente bellissima devo fare i complimenti, appartamento pulitissimo oltre tutto anche la piscina sempre disponibile e bella ,veduta sul golfo di Salerno di sera spettacolare, con pochi km si può andare in tantissimi posti della costiera consiglio questa strutta ,ritornerò sicuramente

Struttura molto curata.. noi avevamo la stanza al piano di sopra con anche la culla per la neonata. Proprietaria molto disponibile anche con gli orari. Piscina bellissima a parte piccoli dettagli. Stupidini ma con una neonata lì notavo per esempio gli ombrelloni no molto stabili, uno addirittura è caduto dunque consiglierei di mettere qualcosa di più robusto. Spesso mio marito doveva mantenerlo perché per via del vento girava e avevamo paura che potesse cadere addosso alla neonata. La vista mozzafiato... per quanto riguarda la casa c'era di tutto a partire da delle merende per la colazione all'olio per cucinare, pentole e piatti ovviamente anche c'erano, con anche la lavatrice e detersivi a portata di mano.. struttura no molto distante dal centro precisamente 8 minuti... una sola pecca e che no si è soli. Essendo che c'è più di 1 appartamento è difficile che si è proprio soli e dunque spesso per no dare fastidio anche ad altri ci alteravamo con i signori del piano di sotto per la piscina, se c'era qualcuno in piscina noi no scenavamo, a volte c'erano operai o altra gente che gironzolava per la villa ( dico anche che mi era stato detto di un eventuale ingresso o che poteva esserci anche il proprietario) e dunque avrei potuto disdire ma la villa era troppo bella per farlo. In sintesi la consiglio ma do 4 stelle per delle migliorie da fare ... alla prossima e grazie di tutto.

Si la vue depuis le site est merveilleuse, nous avons malheureusement été très déçus de l'appartement Emma. Il y avait sur la propriété de lourds travaux, dont une pelle mécanique, du lundi au samedi, avec donc beaucoup de bruit. Nous n'avons pas été informés de cela et, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, dans le bruit, les responsables nous ont menti, en affirmant que cela était fini, mis à part la pose de catelles...Et lorsque nous avons relevé ce problème, au lieu de s'en excuser, les responsables l'ont minimisé : mauvaise attitude !De plus l'appartement était petit et il y avait un problème d'eau (le chauffe-eau est petit et il fallait régulièrement le relancer pour avoir de l'eau).Il n'y avait pas d'échelle pour descendre dans l'eau de la piscine et pas de container ni d'instructions pour les déchets.Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et n'avons jamais été si déçus. Nous ne pouvons donc pas recommander cet appartement

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Paola's Airbnb in Salerno, ItalyEDIT: as a local guide I hold my reputation high, I feel the comment left my the owner is not only false but also inflammatory. I never make threats in return for money and I didn’t in this situation either. What I did do is ask for compensation for the issue in the form of a refund for 1 night or around €120. This was refused as stated in my original review about her not wanting to assist and I said I will write an honest review of my experience which I have done. I have to add after traveled to many places in the world this is the worst experience I have had and the poorest levels of hospitality. The construction did indeed go on until 4am and certainly not 5pm as suggested, they were laying concrete into the night. Be warned future guests and I suggest you look elsewhere.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I regret to inform you that our recent stay at Paola's Airbnb in Salerno, Italy was an absolute nightmare. I feel compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience to ensure that other travelers are aware of the serious shortcomings of this accommodation.Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted with the blaring noise of construction resonating throughout the property. I was told they were finishing but it continued until 4am on the first night. There must have been 5-10 construction workers. Later on the next day it turned out that there were events being held at the location, events which Paola conveniently neglected to mention beforehand. This resulted in three out of the four nights we stayed being plagued by relentless noise and a complete lack of privacy until 1 am in the morning. Our 18-month-old daughter, whose peaceful sleep was crucial for her wellbeing, was unable to rest due to the incessant disturbance caused by the parties.When we approached Paola about the issue, hoping for a resolution or even just an acknowledgement of the inconvenience we were enduring, she nonchalantly claimed that she did not own the property and therefore bore no responsibility for the situation. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to address the problem left us feeling abandoned and utterly disappointed. She simply suggested we could attend the parties instead which we didn’t want to do, we rented this apartment for peace and quiet.To make matters worse, when we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a refund for at least one night for the inconvenience, Paola callously refused our plea. It is disheartening to encounter such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic principles of hospitality. We entrusted Paola with our comfort and tranquility, only to be met with indifference and negligence.Had we been given any forewarning about the events and the subsequent noise disturbance, we would have never chosen to stay at this Airbnb in the first place, it was not clear enough on the listing this could happen only the pool could be rented after 5:30 but nothing about it happening until 1am (how convenient). As responsible travelers, we rely on accurate information and transparent communication from hosts, especially when booking accommodations for our young child. Paola's failure to disclose this crucial detail was a grave oversight and a severe breach of trust.In light of these egregious shortcomings, I strongly caution against considering Paola's Airbnb in Salerno, Italy. The lack of accountability, disregard for guest satisfaction, and the subsequent negative impact on our overall experience have left us deeply disillusioned. We sincerely hope that our feedback will serve as a warning to others and encourage hosts to uphold the highest standards of transparency, honesty, and respect for their guests.
