B&B Val di Kam
We spent a day touring with Pierfilippo of Val di Kam and it was the most memorable and amazing adventure. We spent time with local artisans as they made cheese and baked breads, we visited the local museum featuring archeological finds from the local cave dwellings, and we learned a great deal about life in a Sicilian hill town. We ate a hearty, fresh and delicious lunch at a small cafe in Santo Stefano Quisquina, and then we visited Teatro Andromeda, which was one of our trips main highlights. An incredible property with dramatic site sculptures and an awe-inspiring outdoor amphitheater. I'm not sure how we found room to taste delicious gelato at the end of our tour, but somehow we managed. A most perfect day!!
