Mi sono affidato a questa agenzia per organizzare una giornata di visite presso alcune cantine di mio interesse nella zona del chianti. Ho richiesto anche un servizio di trasporto con vettura e autista per gli spostamenti previsti nella giornata.Tutto è andato benissimo, ottima organizzazione della tempistica, cortesia e competenza. Automobile di classe con autista che una volta tanto non era un troglodita con la patente.Belle cantine e vini eccellenti, insomma nel complesso una bellissima giornata perfettamente organizzata da Le Baccanti.

I began working with Colette, with this tour company, in the Fall of 2019. She was wonderful to work with. Then Covid happened.Le Baccanti Tours provided us with a 1 year credit, as we had just paid our balance in full. Prior to the 1 year anniversary I contacted their administration office as I was concerened that they would not honor the credit. They did honor the credit.Fast forward to Fall of 2021. I wanted to get our holiday booked to Italy. I tried to connect via email with Colette and received no response as she had left their team. I was introduced to Nina. Nina was overall okay to work with. In the end she did provide us with a lovely holiday. However, there were challenges due to Omicron, which changed our dates again to the October 2022. I expressed great concern with Nina that I needed to wrap up details for our holiday at the end of March 2022 because of our personal schedules. She assured me that it would get done. I was still dealing with details for this holiday until 1 week prior to our departure. Delayed responses left me with concerns ofLe Baccanti not providing our tour. One does not choose to use a company like this and not be aware of what this holiday would cost. However, because of the cost I expected exceptional service. On two occasions during our holiday, on the same day, we had drivers not show up. Our hotel manager in Venice handled the hiccup as we were unable to reach anyone from Le Baccanti. We paid out of pocket for a water taxi in Venice to make sure we made our train departure for Florence. On arrival in Florence, our driver was no where to be found. After 40 minutes of trying to find our driver with Nina, he did in the end pick us up. Delays are not something anyone has control of, but communication would have been appreciated. Fast forward to our time in Florence, our tickets for Pompeii were paid for in advance. On meeting our guide, were advised that we needed to pay for our entry tickets, which I did and just let Nina know what had happened. During our holiday, I connected with Nina a few more times, as we were able to navigate any other issues on our own that came up. Nina expressed to me a couple of times that all extra funds that we paid would be refunded to us at the end of the holiday. I waited 1 week after our return to reach out to Nina, to give her a review of our accomodations and a reminder of the refund that was due to us. No acknowledgment was made of the review or of the refund that we were supposed to get.In the end, would I use this company again, probably not. I chose to use a company like this to alleviete stress on our holiday. They added to it.

Ho avuto modo di fare un best of florence walking tour di Firenze organizzato da Le Baccanti Tours la scorsa primavera con degli amici americani e non solo la guida parlava perfettamente inglese e ha adattato il tour alle nostre esigenze, ma dall'ufficio sono stati così gentili da modificare il giorno stesso l'orario inizialmente richiesto, hanno fissato alcune degustazioni last minute e prenotato anche il ristorante per il giorno dopo! #bestcustomercareever

Some months ago I asked Le Baccanti to organize a wine trip to Northern Italy, Collio for my husband and myself: I have known them for years, they are professional and competent. Everything was perfect, from the hotel choice to the wineries and the tour guide they booked for us.And I am ready to book a cooking class with my friends at their school!!!

Will credit their efforts for trying to follow thru with the tour but despite our best efforts and with a small child, we were unable to attend. On requesting for a refund, they became unresponsive. #badbusinesspractice #pocketed4ticketpurchases #wasaboutthemoneyafterall #businesselsewhere
