1.0 star rating 6/6/2018Hello, dear management and future customers, unfortunately we been customers with this company (local company) few times in last three years and Dario Coata from Italy was assisting us. As soon everything was going smooth was no issues, but one shipment we received totally 90% broken in small pieces and this is where started a show. Unfortunately after over 10 months since that is happened with us we still did not receive any reimbursement. CDC in Italy receive reimbursement to their account from insurance company already 6 months ago and we have supportive documents for that but THEY JUST CHOOSE NOT TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO US!!!! Interesting business strategy, can not receive any explanation, hard to communicate, can not have any management information, very hard to deal with, no respect to others. Just to let you know we paid for that shipment coming from Italy thousand of dollars and we paid second time for replacement and product as well. Not fair business. I am not even talking about extra expenses that run in to with this drama, out of thousand dollars.
