Se cerchi un posto dove dormire senza nessuna pretesa, è il posto giusto per te.Ci siamo recati in questa struttura come ultima possibilità disponibile nelle date che cercavamo.La posizione è comodissima trovandosi in pieno centro, ma del resto la struttura è indescrivibile.Arrivati ci troviamo nella reception sporca e maleodorante, capiamo subito che la colazione prevista nel prezzo si tratta di un baracchino presente nella hole in cui ti danno un caffè e un cornetto senza un posto dove sedersi. Nel prezzo è incluso un unico asciugamano, se vuoi un cambio lo devi pagare.Avevamo scelto di stare nella camerata mista, ma ci troviamo in una stanza minuscola con 4 letti dove non c’è spazio manco per muoversi.La doccia non funzionava e non era presente l’acqua calda.Durante la notte non era presente la luce nelle scale ne tantomeno l’ascensore ovviamente.Per quanto sia bello soggiornare sui canali, aspettatevi le zanzare a tutto spiano e i gondolieri che urlano e bestemmiano ad ogni ora del giorno, romantica e simpatica come situazione ma anche meno.Del resto posso dire che l’unico buon investimento che hanno fatto in questo posto sono i letti che sono molto comodi.

Fine place to stay for cheap, but lots of cons. Woke with bug bites the first night (mosquitos), have to LEAVE THE KEY when you exit for the day which feels very unsafe to me, anyone could ask for your key to your locker.Staff tried to tell me I'd have to check in and out again because I'd made 2 separate bookings. You have to PAY for luggage storage and cannot even use the bathroom after check out.The only pro is the location, but it's difficult to find.

Vicinissimo a Piazza S.Marco, pulito, tranquillo, colazione inclusa e soprattutto il personale della reception è stato super gentile!Consiglio vivamente

El hostal está super bien ubicado, por el precio que tiene ninguna pega. Ahora, siendo críticos la cama estaba dura y la almohada era una basura. Puedes dejar la maleta pagando 5€ POR MOCHILA no por persona. No hay jabón en los baños, ni toalla de pies o manos.

Unica cosa buona la posizione...carissimo come ostello senza colazione ,senza asciugamano e con un bagno piccolissimo che ha l'intonaco che si stacca pezzi,non c'è un briciolo di privacy (basterebbe mettere una tenda attorno ai letti....bisogna lasciare la chiave dell'armadietto (dove metti le cose private)quando si esce dalla stanza, se ti scappa di andare in bagno e il tuo è occupato devi trovare un bar alla veloce o te la fai addosso....potrebbero con quello che si fanno pagare almeno mettere delle zanzariere e un dosatore di sapone alla parete ...da non tornare...

WORST PLACE EVER! STAY AWAY!Bad hotel chain, Bad place, ALLP SAME PRICE YOU CAN FIND BETTER! Dilapidated and dirty structure, the kitchen is always a disaster (I have reported the defective and dangerous plate several times and they didn't care), staff who do not respect privacy, enter the rooms for no reason (even during the night, which is very creepy and disturbing) without any moral respect for privacy or personal! A customer had just a cold and they attacked him accusing him of having covid, treating him very badly and disrespectfully, even chasing him down the street (I saw everything as a witness) threatening him to call the medical guard or the hospital to get him a mandatory nasal swab (what which fortunately is outlawed) Unfortunately it has gotten a lot worse as a place, perhaps because the first time they wanted to make a good impression, but this time they turned out to be for the service and the bad manners of which all the customers who have stayed here unfortunately speak badly in their comments;Pessima catena alberghiera, Pessimo posto, ALLP STESSO PREZZO POTETE TROVARE DI MEGLIO! Struttura fatiscente e sporca, la cucina é sempre un disastro ( ho segnalato varie volte la piastra difettosa e pericolosa e se ne sono fregati), personale che non rispetta la privacy, entrano nelle camere senza motivo ( durante la notte anche, cosa molto creepy e inquietante) senza alcun rispetto morale né della privacy né personale! Un cliente era solo raffreddato e lo hanno aggredito accusandolo di avere il covid, trattandolo molto male ed inrispettosamente, inseguendolo pure per strada ( ho visto tutto come testimone) minacciandolo di chiamare la guardia medica o l' ospedale per fargli fare un tampone nasale obbligatorio ( cosa che fortunatamente é fuori legge) Purtroppo é peggiorato molto come posto, forse perché la prima volta volevano fare bella impressione, ma questa volta si sono rivelati per il servizio e le maniere pessime di cui tutti i clienti che hanno alloggiato qui purtroppo parlano male nei loro commenti;

Worst hostel I have ever stayed at. Where do I start… the hostel was not accommodating at all I booked to stay 3 nights with my friend and asked if we could stay in the same room which instantly they said no and wouldn’t try suggesting anything else. No hot water. No toilet paper. Felt dirty and there was a weird smell throughout the whole building. I understand I chose to be in a mixed dorm room but did not expect to be the only young female in a room with 4 older older men. Lastly I stayed during the end of November there were no mosquitoes but I have left with BUG bites all over my body. Staff were rude and seemed to not care for their guests. I would not recommend to anyone you’re better off spending a little extra money to stay somewhere more welcoming, clean, and accommodating.

Totalmente inopportuna questa struttura in un piccolo campiello tra famiglie nella zona centrale di Venezia.L' edificio e'un lascito che prevedeva altra destinazione.

Sono stato molto bene, la vista dalla finestra la invidiano hotel con ben altri prezzi. Tutto molto pulito. Posizione ottima
