The level of customer service that these guys offer is out of this world amazing. Fabio makes himself readily available and patiently provides advice and recommendations. The gear itself, the housings - these are bullet proof. And I second what the other buyers have mentioned: they're lighting fast (plus they're able to gently handle control freaks like me).

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Fabio Benvenuti and easydive. There was a technical problem with my camera that kept hanging up when interacting with my dive housing. It looked like a failed USB connection. easydive had the housing with camera sent to Italy at their own expense to investigate the whole thing because they had not seen this before. After the whole thing worked and arrived back at my place, however, the error reappeared. I then took the camera to the dealer, who sent it in and fixed an error with the USB interface by changing the motherboard. From then on everything worked fine again and it had nothing to do with easydive. And still they took the problem very serious and really dedicated to investigate. Thumbsup to you, easydive. And my heartfelt thanks for that!!!

Leo3 Wi.Il sistema che ho acquistato è il seguente:custodia “Leo3 Wi “con elettronica per Nikon D7500, due flash Sea&Sea YS-D3 collegati con fibra ottica con relativi braccetti e clip di collegamento, un oblò semisferico per obiettivo grandangolare ed un oblò piano per obiettivo macro.La cosa che mi ha più colpito in senso positivo, è l’assistenza che ho ricevuto sia prima che dopo l’acquisto. Fabio si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e paziente, aiutandomi a perfezionare l’ordine che stavo per fare consigliandomi le cose più giuste per le mie esigenze.Appena arrivata la merce, impacchettata con cura e senza alcun difetto, sono stato contattato un paio di volte sia per email che per telefono, per sapere se era tutto a posto.Fabio è stato così gentile che si è reso disponibile anche nel periodo delle le feste natalizie, per risolvere un problemino ad uno dei flash e alla ghiera di azionamento dello zoom per il mio obiettivo grandangolare. Tutto si è risolto in pochi giorni, giusto il tempo delle spedizioni.Da ciò è evidente che la Easydive è un’azienda per la quale la soddisfazione del cliente conta veramente.Un'altra delle cose più importanti che mi ha spinto all’acquisto, è senza dubbio la compatibilità della custodia con numerose marche e modelli di fotocamere e per me che forse in un futuro non troppo lontano, potrei passare ad un sistema mirrorless, mi è sembrata la scelta migliore. Oltre poi al fatto non trascurabile che, cambiando la fotocamera, non occorre assolutamente intervenire sulle parti meccaniche della custodia, ma basta solo sostituire la basetta e fare un aggiornamento del software di gestione dei comandi, senza dover ritornare la custodia presso il costruttore.Purtroppo a causa delle restrizioni dovute al covid non ho potuto effettuare tutte le immersioni che mi ero prefisso di fare in questo periodo, ma comunque in quelle che sono riuscito a fare, posso dire di essere decisamente soddisfatto del mio acquisto.La mia avventura con Easydive è appena iniziata, ma i presupposti affinché sia duratura e piena di soddisfazioni ci sono tutti.Non mi resta che affinare la tecnica e prendere piena padronanza dell’apparecchiatura, ma per questo, prendendo in prestito una battuta dal film “non ci resta che piangere”, bisogna provare, provare, provare...P.S. :Ho provveduto ad inviare via email una recensione più dettagliata, che qui non ho potuto inserire per motivi di spazio.Francesco Franxys Santini

Uso i prodotti Easydive per lavoro dal 2019 e posso garantire che siano sia solidi che intuitivi nell'utilizzo, anche in condizioni ambientali difficili". Ma il pregio aggiunto (impagabile secondo me) è il customer care

Sono un artigiano, e posso dire che la custodia e gli accessori sono spettacolari, una finitura con dettagli funzionali curata nei minimi particolari. Robustezza e funzionalità garantite. Lo staff gentilissimo e pronto a dare una mano.

I bought the LEO3 Wi with all the additional gadgets (arms, flashlight's, ....). My main purpose is to make videos with it and also take some pictures. I looked at other suppliers but in the end I decided to go with the easydive housing. One of the main reasons is that I can change all the videographer cams, even from different brands, but always use the same housing with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE! After two years it was time to change the cam, so I sold the old one to anyone (diver or non-diver doesn't matter because you keep the housing). It saves so much money!In Mexico my housing got flooded and it was 100% my fault.Easydive took care of the pick up, did the answer of all the electronics, an annual maintenance, pressure test, polishing and they also changed the window because of the scratches.In total with transport it took 8 working days.I don't think there is anyone who can do it faster and they are based in Europe, where I live.

I have the Leo 3 wi for 3years now and this is one of the best choice I have made for my underwater photography/videography.During this 3 year's I changed 3 different camera models and you can imagine the amount of money I have saved because I don't have to upgrade 3 different housing for every new camera.Yes there's a limitation as a canon user but for my personal use I can get away with this limitations in regards of using all my cameras inside one housing.If you are canon shooter for sure sure you know the pain of canon manual custom WB,With easydive it can not be more easier how I can take New WB in just one press what a time saver and game changer.The customer support team are Great to communicate with through WhatsApp you get answers and support even if you are on dive location.
