Cagliari Sailing Charter

Tramite l'agenzia Marine Project ho noleggiato il catamarano Lagoon 46 Terra Sarda a Cagliari. Ottimo servizio al check in che si fa insieme. Viene spiegato tutto ed il giorno prima vengono anche mandati dei filmati. Personale molto gentile e competente. Il catamarano era in ottime condizione e ben curato. Ha un desalificatore, tre frigoriferi, un freezer, plotter esterno, un winch elettrico ecc. L'assistenza 24h funziona benissimo. Dopo una chiamata è stato riparato subito il giorno dopo il desalificatore. Anche ogni domanda via WhatsApp è stata subito risposta. I tecnici sono molto competenti e curano bene il materiale. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana nella parte sudovest della Sardegna: Chia, Cala Cipolla, Piscinni, Porto Zafferano, Porto Pino, Porto Flavia, Cala Domestica. Tornerò sicuramente. Assolutamente da consigliare...

Esperienza più che positiva!Barca in ottima condizione, pulizia ottima, personale qualificato e super disponibile.Sempre pronti in ogni momento a risponder per qualsiasi dubbio.Sicuramente tornerò e non posso far altro che consigliarlo a tutti.

Sono appena rientrato da una settimana di crociera con Cagliari Sailing Charter. Mi ha subito colpito la professionalità dell'organizzazione che ha cominciato ad inviarmi informazioni sulla barca ancor prima di arrivare al marina, con una sorta di pre check-in supportato da tabelle chiare e video tutorial. Cosa che ha semplificato parecchio le operazioni. Personale attento e gentilissimo in ogni occasione e richiesta. In navigazione ho avuto un problema elettrico con il salpa ancore, prontamente assistito e risolto dal loro apposito servizio tecnico telefonico. Sottolineo la gentilezza e il metodo con cui sono stato assistito. Nonostante il problema fosse stato risolto, una volta rientrato in porto alla fine della settimana, Mauro in loro tecnico mi ha chiesto il permesso di salire a bordo e ha verificato e smontato il salpa ancore revisionandolo completamente. Spiegandomi nel dettaglio e con simpatia su cosa era intervenuto.Lascio la barca con un piacevole ricordo e consiglio CSC senza ombra di dubbio. Bravi!

We have just finished our annual sailing regatta in Cagliari (28 September – 5 October) and all 9 boats were booked with Cagliari Sailing Charter. I would like to thank Marco, Patrizia and the team for their great support throughout the year with the organisation, charter arrangements and all the additional effort that they made to make this event a huge success! The boats were great, the area is beautiful and the local food delicious! We will be back soon!

We chartered a Bavaria 46 from Cagliari Boat Charters for a week and sailed in Costa Smeralda and Corsica. Boat was in good shape. Minimal things needed adjusting. All was facilitated by Germano, the technical person in Portisco. Great guy and great service. A company is as good as its people. And Germano is a great advert for Cagliari Sailing Charter.

Splendida settimana di vacanza con Bavaria 46 cruiser 4 cabine 3 bagni + 1 cabina doccia.La barca ci è stata consegnata in perfetto stato e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza senza preoccupazioni.Sin dai primi contatti con il personale siamo stati assistiti in modo estremamente professionale e ci sono state fornite tutte le informazioni e l’assistenza necessaria compresi degli utilissimi filmati specifici della barca che abbiamo noleggiato per una panoramica delle funzioni principali.Personale qualificato e organizzazione impeccabile. Sia il check in che il check out si sono svolti in modo corretto e scrupoloso a garanzia di tutti.Assolutamente consigliati.

We had rented a 40 ft catamaran. Handing over the boat went swift, the boat was ready before the contracted time: very well. All seemed complete and in order. On the first sailing day the outhaul of the mainsail broke (the line). Since I took quite some tools myself I was able to make the repair at sea by making use of the other lines (reefing lines) in the boom. That night we anchored at Villasimius and made reservations for dinner ashore. We never made it to shore since to outboard engine of the dingy failed after 30 sec. Since the connections to attach the paddles to the tube were missing rowing did not go very well. But we received a tow from a friendly neighbor at the anchor place. On that day we had a local skipper on board. I spent 45 min with the skipper to try to get the engine alive again, we checked ignition, we changed the fuel because we believed there might be water in but it did not fire again. The next day a mechanic came to an agreed meeting point along the coast. He took the engine apart but could not really find a cause but suspected water in the fuel. The engine was working and we left. We stayed a night in port so 2 days later we took off with the dinghy for another attempt. This time the engine failed after 25 seconds. We did everything to get it started with all the tricks in the book. It simply did not work and another day at an anchor site was about to be spoiled again not being able to go ashore. The charter send over a mechanic and we insisted to get another engine, which they delivered. Good job. That engine worked throughout the week and we never had difficulties getting it running.At the return of the boat we opened the discussion that 2 visits of villages had been spoiled, hours and hours lost so the least what we could ask for is not to pay for the rent of the outboard engine. A mere €100 on €5500 spent.... Not an indecent proposal if you ask me. That led to a huge discussion. They brought up that they had to send a mechanic twice and that this was costly....In the end they were only willing to settle for half of it. That was too much of a penny discussion and we called it a day. No Cagliari Sailing Charter for us anymore.

Me and my family sailed for a week during summer 2022 and we couldn't be happier and more satisfied! The crew was professional and kind, furthermore we add a chef/cook to taste all the traditional dishes of Sardinia. We look forward to see them again and enjoy this incredible island!

Consiglio vivamente Cagliari Sailing Charter a tutti gli amici della vela. Delle tante società di noleggio che ho avuto modo di conoscere è quella che più mi ha colpito per professionalità e supporto. Complimenti quindi a Marco ed al suo staff in particolare per i video che mi sono stati inviati prima della partenza e che ho girato a tutto l'equipaggio al fine di far conoscere le nozioni base per l'utilizzo corretto delle dotazioni di bordo. Preciso e puntiglioso il check in ed il check out dove ho avuto modo di poter indirizzare al meglio un piccolo intervento di manutenzione. Il Masua (Bavaria Cruiser 46) è praticamente perfetta!!!! Esperienza da ripetere!!! Bravi!!
