Rating for the convenience, price and value. You're getting what you're paying for accommodation-wise. But this place really came in clutch with a last-minute booking after a reservation somewhere else fell through. Location is fantastic and close to metro station, host allowed luggage storage before check-in and even helped us arrange early morning transportation to the airport the next day. Overall, the stay turned out to be a Godsend.

I enjoyed my stay, I was in a room with 6 bunk beds, my mom stayed for 3 nights and I stayed for one. Some people woke up earlier than us in the room and I heard their alarms, but it’s normal, it’s a hostel and not a hotel.The building is not new, but I felt a cozy Italian vibe, the staff was polite and helpful.I loved the library room, it’s good to take pics in the afternoon or grab a tea in the balcony.The location is great and it was easy to get there.

Excellently helpful and pleasant staff, very cozy atmosphere with soothing jazz playing in the lobby, quiet garden area in the back, nice clean rooms with a nice vibe, very convenient location right by the main train station. Overall great value for money. One of the best hostel experiences I've had so far in my life.

We stayed here a week ago and found bed bugs in my bed and underneath the bed where we stored our luggage.We were not granted a refund for the night I slept in the bed bug infested bed, as apparently me sleeping in it and discovering them in the morning means “it was all okay last night”. The law and policy may state they don’t have to grant a refund, but common courtesy and professional hosting would have been to give us a refund for the extreme inconvenience of dealing with bed bugs during our travels.I had to argue for an hour to get a refund for the following night as we cancelled the rest of our stay after discovering the bed bugs, they were resistant to refund both beds as I only found them in mine. This is laughable as we stayed in the same bunk and had both of our luggage under that bunk. Eventually they granted the refund for both of our beds.I was informed they had never had bed bugs before, which made me partially sympathetic to the person dealing with me at reception as it is a risk of running a hostel. However, I just found a review from 2 months ago which stated another incident of bed bugs. They are clearly aware of the issue but refuse to take the proper steps to deal with the problem. Instead, they are hiding behind policy that enables them to be lazy and cruel in their treatment of guests.I would be embarrassed to work for this hostel, and ashamed to own it.

Stayed for 1 night. Were able to store our luggage before we checked in. Stayed in a 4 bed room that was nice, clean, and large. Beds were comfy and linens/towels were all provided. I appreciated the curtains, plugs, and light for each bed. Lockers were very big as well. Bathrooms were small but clean. Overall, this place had decorated vintage charm, and I would definitely stay again!

One of the most expensive and somehow worst hostels I’ve stayed in. No air con or fan in 3rd story hot rooms and they seemed shocked when I asked if it could be turned on (it couldn’t be). Sheets and towel smelled bad (like a gross damp smell). Under bed locker wouldn’t lock and there was no way for you to lock it yourself with your own lock. The shower is tiny and has terrible water pressure and takes forever to heat up and it also wasn’t an ensuite as advertised. Check in isn’t till 4pm and there was basically no one there before then to help except for a rude cleaning lady and a guy I had to chase around the place trying to find to store my luggage. For the insanely expensive price you also have to make your own bed on arrival which is rare for hostels nowadays. There is absolutely no vibe. The only pros are the decor, the curtains on the bunks and the location close to the station. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. If you’re going to pay the high price stay at a better hostel.

In assoluto gli 86 euro di POSTO LETTO spesi peggio.L’ ostello è molto più brutto e vecchio di quanto facciano vedere nelle foto. I letti sono minuscoli e, inoltre, ti devi pure fare il letto al tuo arrivo (per ben 86€, ripeto: 86€ di posto letto!!!!FOLLIA).Le lenzuola lasciate sul letto erano sporche e con capelli. Il letto pure.Su Booking c era anche L opzione colazione (cosa che io speravo di avere inclusi in questi mal spesi 86€) e invece scopro, una volta in ostello, che la colazione non era più un servizio che facevano.Stanza fredda e nemmeno così pulita.La tassa di soggiorno non è compresa in questa follia di prezzo.NON CONSIGLIATO. Metto una stella perché meno non è possibile.

Great location within walking distance to train station and buses to the airport. Walking distance to metro to all tourist attractions. Comfortable bed. All necessary facilities. Shower could use some attention. There was some mold. Towels and linen should be ready to use in the room. Had to pick up towels from reception and put linen on myself. But these are small issues easy to amend. Overall I would still recommend. Specially for its distance to shops, metro and train/bus.

My stay there was veryyy nice. I love the vintage idea if that hostel. All interior and atmosphere was very nice for me. The lady room was fine, there was a bathroom and toilet inside. The beds are comfortable. There are curtains on the bed to self-unify.I made friendship there.The only thing I recommend is cleaning more often in the rooms and toilets and not allowing eating inside the rooms. It’s disgusting someone to eat food/pasta and etc and all room to smell.
