Amalfi Heaven Gardens - Cooking Class in the Amalfi Coast

3 weeks into our euro summer and this has been the absolute highlight. The style of cooking together felt so wholesome, and the mix of authentic Italian food was wonderful and unlike anything we have had in restaurants. The views were exception and the gardens were beautiful. Silvio, chef Rosa and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, we were sad to say goodbye! Would highly recommend!

Definitely the highlight of our Amalfi trip! We enjoyed the garden, all the fresh ingredients, and the food we made and ate. Silvio, the owner, is an amazing entrepreneur!

Simply the best! We had Mamma Rosetta and Silvio as our hosts and they were the most genuine, caring, and wonderful people. The experience was amazing - from exploring the gardens where the food is grown and the covered (shaded) outdoor kitchens, to genuine love of food that both exemplified and the enjoyment of the moment of sharing and eating together. It was truly an experience we will always cherish.

June 14, cooking in an Al fresco kitchen called Amalfi Heaven Gardens. We headed over to meet with Silvio, Thomas and Simone who shared the true tradition of Italian family cooking. Beautiful views and genuinely friendly people to cook and eat with. We walked through Silvio's garden learning about his small farm where he harvests the food for today's meal. Everything is organic and fresher than any restaurant you could eat at. We had about 5 different appetizers, pasta(gnocchi), and followed it up with limoncello. We ended our lunch with invitations for them to visit us in NC and an offer that we would host them.

Amalfi Heaven’s Gardens cooking class was the absolute highlight of our trip to Amalfi . My sister and I went in early June 2023 and had the best time , met some great people and made and ate some of the best food I’ve ever had!! The family style reminded us of how we cook at home with our families and this experience was nothing short of making you feel like you were with family. The chefs/owners are fun and highly knowledgeable of their dishes they teach you and specific ingredients to get that perfect end result . A great way to spend the day on the Amalfi coast

Esperienza fantastica!

Silvio and Maria were AMAZING!! This cooking class was a huge highlight in our whole entire Italy trip. This cooking class is a family style which encourages you to collaboratively cook with everyone. Silvio’s garden is so beautiful and has so many fresh veggies. He’s truly passionate about what he does and it’s so lovely to see him spreading his passion through food and conversation. I can not recommend him and his cooking class enough. 10/10 and would do it again whenever I am back!
