We did the Saturday morning pasta making class with Giorgio and had the best day! All the food was amazing and he was so helpful in explaining the technique - even sent recipes to us after so we could recreate at home!

Our experience with Florence Food Studio was outstanding!Giorgio met us at a very easy location and walked us back to his beautiful kitchen studio. Once there, we had an amazing time learning all about the cuisine we were preparing as well as learning about Giorgio and his background. We had a great experience full of tasty food, good conversation, and instruction.We also received all of our recipes via email so that we can try to replicate our meals once we get back home!I would absolutely recommend Florence Food Studio for anyone that enjoys cooking and, most importantly, eating.

SO much fun. A wonderful class with tons of hands on learning with fresh local ingredients paired with a fun group and some wine. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cooking class in Florence.

Giorgio was amazing. He met us in the piazza, we walked and talked to the cheese shop where we tasted local specialty cheeses and learned about their unique qualities. Then we made our way to the cooking school, where we prepared two pasta dishes, an appetizer, and a dessert. Giorgio was engaging, knowledgeable, and entertaining, while also being pleasantly hands-off at appropriate times. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, drank fantastic wine, and learned a lot… one of the highlights of our trip to Italy.

MUST DO! We had the most wonderful experience with Chef Giorgio at Florence Food Studio. We did the pizza and gelato class with our daughter and absolutely loved it! He was awesome with our 3.5 year old. The cooking space and ambience was just wonderful. The highlight of our time in Florence! Cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was!

Giorgio achieves the impossible: My YouTube pasta training resulted in failure after failure. A few hours under chef's expert tutelage and I suddenly have the confidence to make pasta for anyone. It was the highlight of our trip.

One of the best experiences of our trip to Italy. We absolutely loved the food, the people, and the location. We were so glad to be able to have a private cooking class and experience real Italian cuisine! I would definitely recommend the Florence Food Studio to anyone and have already told all my friends it is a must!
