Well, where do I start! Absolutely shocking stay at this property at the beginning of September 2021. We had to rebook our trip about 4 times due to covid restrictions- which the property were accommodating and understanding. However - when we did finally get to visit Italy for mine and my husbands 2nd anniversary (we got married in Ravello 2 Years prior); we were appalled, and shocked in all honesty; as were my sister and her partner who travelled with us. It was very clear that the property had been unused and closed for some time, it was as if they couldn’t be bothered to re open post Covid restrictions. It felt derelict; we were the only people at the accommodation, clearly they allowed us to stay as we had pre booked prior to Covid - but had no intentions of taking any new bookings. The reasons I say this are - the property boasts a lovely pool; the pool was covered up, completely closed and empty- unused for some time. The property didn’t think to tell us that the pool would be out of action prior to our visit, even though we were in contact with them quite a lot via email leading up to the trip. This was extremely disappointing as we booked this property mainly for the pool! We had to wait an hour and a half on arrival at the property for somebody to arrive to let us in. After a days travel the last thing you want to do is hang around waiting to be let into your accommodation. To add to this- the property told us we must arrive before 7pm or we will incur a charge - we arrived before 7pm and didn’t get let into the property until around 8.30pm! When entering the property there was no lighting- and lots of stairs. Bit of a health and safety hazard!When entering the apartments- it was clear they hadn’t been used for a good while- dust everywhere, old musty smelling bedding, a rock hard mattress which I can only describe as a permanently open pull out bed with a cardboard boarder around it to make it look more appealing. Our air conditioning unit didn’t even turn on, not ideal in 28 degree heat! My sister’s apartment doors to the balcony didn’t even lock- another safety issue, which kept us all on edge all night as there was no one else on site; we felt alone and worried incase of a break in. Baring in mind the wrap around balcony can be accessed by anyone.The terrace was empty, all the chairs piled up unused at the back and dirty.I have attached a picture of what the pool looked like. What a disappointment!We were told we would have to pay 15 euro per day for parking, yet all the parking spots were sitting there completely empty and we were not previously told of the parking charge. Not sure why we couldn’t just park in the empty unused spots?After a sleepless uncomfortable night we all decided that the apartments were just unliveable- and that if we stayed any longer it would ruin our entire trip. So we decided to cut our stay short and pay to stay elsewhere - which had a working pool and went above and beyond to accommodate for us at such last minute booking. When we contacted the property to discuss our concerns we were totallyIgnored. We tried up to 5 times over email to discuss the matter and had no response. No answers to calls. We asked for our money back for the nights we did not stay which they did not adhere to.We also made numerous complaints to booking.com about this property mainly to warn others of the absolute shocker coming their way if they were to stay here!Basically - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY STAYING HERE. It’s a dive. Head first. Into an empty rotten pool. Stay elsewhere if you want to enjoy your Ravello trip. All other places we have stayed in the past are extremely accommodating and lovely.One and only plus of this property is the location and it’s view. Stunning. That’s about it though unfortunately.

Ottimo per visitare Ravello, praticamente a pochi passi dal centro, la struttura è accogliente e dotata di una bella piscina ed è gestita da persone gentilissime, premurose e disponibili

TERROR Bueno, puse 1 estrella para poder comentar porque la verdad que no tengo palabras para calificar,son unos estafadores, reservamos con mi marido que tiene problemas de salud, somos de muy lejos,esto es Ravelo Italia todo con escaleras y subidas empinadas,llegamos a la mañana y no encontramos a nadie,estaba todo cerrado,el teléfono que ahora figura no estaba y el que había era con caracteristica de Estados Unidos,llamamos y nadie respondió, quedamos al desamparo,solos con las valijas las cuales por tantas piedras se nos rompieron, de terror,viajé por todo el mundo,jamás nos pasó esto,todos los hoteles estaban ocupados,mientras nosotros dos tironeando el peso de las valijas por piedras como dije antes,los taxis no pasan a estas zonas de callecitas pequeñas, eran las 17 hs ( 5 PM )y no encontrabamos nada, esta gente a la que se contrató, por la operadora Ola Mayorista de turismo,es totalmente estafadora,nombran Apart Hotel y es mentira no hay nadie,ni tampoco recepción, no somos tontos tenemos experiencia,somos un matrimonio de 60 años y hemos viajado mucho, somos profesionales ,con esto quiero explicar la verdad absoluta, no es honesto hacer algo así ,teníamos todo pago,después supimos que los estafadores habían ocupado todo el lugar,pudimos hablar con el jardinero cuando información turística nos hubica en frente a ellos,el jardinero nos dijo que estaba todo ocupado y nos encontrábamos en horario para el Chekin ya que eran las 6 PM y este cerraba a las 7 PM,pero los dueños no dieron la cara,por información turística nos ubicaron en frente al lugar,que creo les tapa las estafas o tienen algo que ver,porque yo le comente que el celular era de EEUU y al instante lo cambió, no se dejen engañar no es la primera vez que lo hacen,son muy conocidos en Ravello por estafar a la gente no vayas,no reserves no pagues,hay mejores lugares y gente amorosa,no tires el dinero ni te amargues las vacaciones, uno no merece semejante falta de respeto.Fecha septiembre 2022.TERROR
