Amazing tours with wonderful guides!! We were lucky to spend a couple days with Rubina and with Dario. Both were super knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun! Highly recommend Florencetown for their wide variety and high quality of tours!! Grazie a mile!!

Bravo X 3. A unique tour is one that you never forget. Those memories are the tour itself , the staff that guides abs the people along with you. Even in misting rain , the Vespa tour was 5 stars! It could have been the beauty or Tuscany, the wonderful staff, or just the super nice other guests. I would go anywhere with these tour people. Incredible operation. BRAVO !

We did 2 tours with Florencetown, the Grand Tuscan tour & Cinque Terre. On the Tuscan tour we loved the winery visit and San Gimigano, stunning views!! Our guide Lucca was excellent and told us the history of all the towns we drove through. It did take longer than we were expecting to get to the first destination so that was a bit of a tough start but otherwise we fully enjoyed the day! I wished we'd been able to stay in Tuscany for dinner & enjoy the sunset. Cinque Terre was beautiful! Walking through the vineyards on the cliff next to the azure blue water was picturesque. The seafood lunch we had was CRAZY delicious! The guides were both lovely and let us explore & roam which was exactly what we wanted.

While in Florence we took Wanna Be Italian cooking class!! Love love loved it! Would recommend it to anyone. It was a great day. Our chefs were amazing and so fun to learn from. We were able to make our own food and then eat it when the class was finished. Met some great people. Very well done!!

The office service with Mauricio it was great. My tour experience to Siena & San Gimignano with our tour guide Brando, it was professional and informative! You received what you paid for! Recommended!

We did a walking tour of Florence with Chiara ,today , she was very friendly, interesting , easy going and she gave us great advice on places to see, food to eat after our tour , shopping places , she went the extra mile to make our trip memorable.We went to the Academia with Sara who gave us lots of information about the statue of David and the other sculptures and paintings.Giovanna who took us around the Uffizi, was absolutely amazing ! She was extremely knowledgeable and she could explain the painting in a very very interesting way , with a very high level of detail. I would definitely highly recommend her and Florence Town for tours in Florence

Took the olive oil/wine hiking tour with Erika and Grazia. They were incredibly accommodating as we were a group of 8, with 2 seniors. They also taught us about the history of Tuscany, and the importance of different plants we saw on the hike. Thank you, Grazia & Erika!!It's a proper hike, so make sure to wear the correct gear.

Subject: Unsatisfactory experience with Florence town tourDear Florence town tourI wanted to reach out and express my deep disappointment in the services provided by florencetown tour . I had planned to take a tour with them and was expecting a pleasant experience, however that was not the case.We reached the destination, they have no sign bords. We almost ask 30 People where the sign board for florencetown tour no one knows about them. They do not answer the phone calls. Worst customer service everThe manager was uncooperative and rude. The staff had no knowledge of the area and were unable to answer questions or provide help. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it was a waste of money and time. I can only imagine other people having similar experiences and regretting their decision to go with this company.I hope that you take my feedback into consideration and work towards providing better services for your customers in the future.Sincerly

My Aunt and I did the Supertuscan Wine Tour yesterday and it was fabulous. Our tour guide and Sommelier Matteo was so knowledgeable, kind, and a fantastic guide for the day. The wineries were beautiful and each one better than the next. Our lunch was lovely as well. I highly recommend this tour,

Booked a bicycle tour through Florence with my family. Stefania showed us around the city and provided all the history of this Medieval city. Stefania ensured that we were involved and informed throughout the entire tour. She was a lovely tour guide. I highly recommend touring with Florencetown to learn about the city’s history before you embark on the shopping and dining experience of a lifetime.
