Car was good, no pressure selling extra insurance, no attempt to add extra damages on return.There was a long wait on arrival, and little shade, but that's not unusual in this area.

I was scammed by this company for damage" to a car. Now they don't even provide documentation to allow me to claim. 1

Excellent team. Car was new. The management was changed it seemed, and past reviews don’t represent the current state.Useful notes:- Have a credit card - debit won’t work;- video your car before driving off to show any damages;- Put gas yourself in your car. Stations charge 30 cent per liter for the service;- Be nice, it is not easy to deal with customers from all over the world for 8h a day :)

This is a scam company. RUN!! they Madrid me pay for damage on tires I didn't do, under litigation now.

We were told there was a shuttle bus but after standing in the sun for 40mins we had to walk from the airport to the rental office, another 20 mins. No facilities or toilets when we got there. We then had to queue for over an hour to pick up the car.

After we were let down badly by our original hire company. Nico and Carlo were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out. Would 100% recommend, bravo!!

Be very careful if you choose to use this company. Know what you are in for.Legal extortion if you go to this place, if you ask me. They charged us 150 euros for being  an extra half an hour late *picking up* the car, even though we tried to ring them to say we would be late-the phone number wasn't working. It was my fault for being late as long covid means that my memory is very forgetful at the moment, and lost track of the time...it was at the pick up though though and the car was just sitting there waiting for us, so didn't really understand the problem?   Upon returning the car, they were busy trying to extort other customers into purchasing a second set of insurance by saying that the first set was not completely valid. Another customer had been there for 2 hours protesting about scratches that were being claimed by the car rental agency after returning their car and, when we got a lift back to the airport, another couple who had rented the car through the group decided not even to pick it up! They saw what was happening at the counter and decided to fork out the extra dosh to go and get a car at Hertz. What we witnessed when returning the car as well as our own experiences says enough about this company.FYI-our car was not clean -stains of the seats, dirt in the cup holders etc. (we paid 65 euros a day for a small car)-the Esso petrol station next door charged us 50 euro to fill up the tank after driving 200km!! It was even on the display....scam #2, so beware.So  after 20 years of travelling, this was the first time I have really been taken to the cleaners!

MAI PIÙse si potessero dare 0 stelle, gliele toglierei piuttosto che non dargliene alcuna.Pessimi, in tutto: tempi di check-in infiniti, auto sporca che hanno cercato di sostituirci ma, dopo un’ora abbondante di attesa, ci comunicano che non è possibile. E quindi due ore per prendere un’auto sporca. Abbiamo provato a chiamare durante il viaggio per un’urgenza e niente, telefono squilla a vuoto. Incuranti, incompetenti, indecenti. Pessimi in tutto

Rude staff. I booked through a third party and regret it. Just read the other reviews, I agree with every single one. Need I say anything more?
