Truffa a mano armata , addebitano soldi a campione sicuro , usato furgone 1 ora 30 km addebitato 100 euro per kilometraggio dunque potete capire voi chi sono , ti danno la chiave e ti arrangi a trovare il furgone poi quando torni non controllano ne anche km ne urti dunque a campione truffano . Renting from Sixt Treviso Airport was the worst choice given that there are 4 rent a car offices in that airport. My experience with them was very bad. From the very beginning, I sat in a line of 7 people, because only one of the two counters was working, given that they knew exactly how many people would come to pick up the car based on the rentals. I completed the rental procedures after about 2 hours. On the way back I handed over the car without any problems, but after I got home they sent me a higher bill for 70 euros because the car was picked up after 10:00 p.m. even though I picked up the car around 6:30 p.m. I suggest you be very careful with They.

Assolutamente da evitare. Addebitano voci di costo sul chilometraggio inesistenti e non si fanno trovare per rispoderne, tutto tramite call center registrato.....non fatevi truffare!!!!!!1 stella perché sono costretto.

Devo dire che sono stati veramente disponibili ed affidabili ma soprattutto pronti ad ogni esigenza… veicoli di ultima generazione nel rispetto dell’ambiente anzi è un peccato vedere che nonostante i veicoli sono così nuovi a mio parere causa di chi non ha rispetto delle robe altrui sono danneggiati in vari punti, ok che sono furgoni per il lavoro ma ci vuole un po’ di attenzione… comunque per chi come me incappa nel l’errore del “nominale” se noleggiate con carta di debito la carta non solo deve essere intestata a nome del guidatore ma deve avere il nome inciso sulla carta stessa… cioè prenotazione, guidatore e carta di debito tutto a nome unico con nome inciso sulla carta oppure aggiungete secondo guidatore e pagate supplemento…

Personale gentile e servizio eloce ed efficiente. Unici neo piuttosto grave la vettura da me ritirata aveva grossi problemi di vibrazione superati i 100 km/h probabilmente a causa dei pneumatici in non perfetto stato.

Pessima esperienza con questo autonoleggio.Innanzitutto, è impossibile parlare con loro al telefono. Ho chiamato circa 20 volte negli ultimi 7 giorni e non sono mai riuscito a parlare con nessun operatore.Sapevo che SIXT era una azienda valida, probabilmente ha scelto per la filiale di TREVISO Aeroporto gente che non ha voglia di lavorare!

Booked a car via Rentalcars.com Got SIXT Economy class. The counter was right at the exist from arrival hall at Treviso. Waited just a few minutes for the guy to start the process. All went quickly and smoothly. Received all the explanations including how to return the car during off-hours. Found the car right where it should have been. the car was in great condition. Clean. Tank full. Everything was in order. a pleasure! The return was very simple and quick. The deposit was returned to my credit card within the same day. [Just don't understand why my card was charged 0.07 EUR 2 days after car return.] Will definitely get back to rent car from SIXT again. Very good value for your money. Warmly recommended!

Worst customer service. No one was in counter and when he came he said that they didn't have cars available.

Collected the car on 30th August and returned on 2nd September. A fantastic BMW 1 series diesel auto, exactly the one I booked but wasn't expecting. Good service at the airport desk. No queue at all probably because of the size of the airport, which is quite small. Only disappointment was that there was no staff present at vehicle handover, therefore I wasn't able to jointly check the conditions of the vehicle prior to driving it away. No paperwork given to me detailing any damages etc. On returning the vehicle, I was promptly provided with the email confirmation with PDF file attached but all in Italian. A few days later I received the final invoice. No extra cost to what I had already paid when booking through online broker. Brilliant.
