Extremely bad service. DON’T BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE. Bus driver kept us outside the bus just because we bought it online. Everybody that was paying directly to the bus driver entered in the bus and we have remained outside until the end of all line.

I don’t want to give a bad rating; I just want to share that there is still no sign. Just arrive at the spot about 15 minutes, and you’re good to go. Also, the pin location is perfectly correct.You can (and probably should) buy tickets in person; they can be purchased right at the bus – using cash or card.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! We bought a ticket online, we showed it to the employee and he leaded us to the otherside of the train station. Don’t know why they did it.

There are NO SIGN to guide you. Just come to the spot on the map. See the sign in my pic. Across the road is Hua Quao restaurant sign. The Indian guy in picture thankfully was sitting there 15 minutes early telling people that the Castel Romano bus was from here. No one was there 30minutes prior so when I got there and was looking for info I was lost
