Had a very delightful and comfortable stay. The size of the apartment was amazing with all facilities needed (washing machine, kitchen, fridge, air condition, toiletries etc etc). Garage parking very convenient at €16. Location superb! Clean and would highly recommend.

Nice and spacious apartment, on the edge of the old town. There is no balcony but as the apartment is next to Parkhotel Luna Mondschein, guests can use the hotel garden. Guests can park the car in a private part of the public garage.

볼차노에서 숙소 찾는분들 중에 깔끔한 아파트를 보셨다면 대부분 체크인을 여기서 하신후에 옮겨가시게 될 거예요. 체크인은 25번 건물 들어오자마자 바로 왼쪽 문입니다. 나와 있는 사람 없으면 문 한번 두들겨보세요. 예약 사이트에는 그냥 25번 건물이라고만 나와있던데 이 건물에 호수가 한두 개여야 말이죠..;; 여긴 호텔이 아니라 아파트고 체크인 장소는 렌탈 사무실이에요. 찾을 때 고생 깨나 하실 수도 있습니다.저는 오버부킹이라고 방 업글받았는데 전체적으로 시설은 좋았습니다. 다만 1박이 전부라 조리시설같은 건 전혀 못 썼네요. 그리고 뭐가 고장났던건지 작동법을 몰랐던 건지는 모르겠지만 난방이 안돼서 온수를 못썼습니다. 와이파이는 고장났었구요... 일단 체크인 하시자마자 난방이랑 와이파이부터 작동되는지 확인하세요. 사무실이 6시 반에 퇴근하거든요.

Appartamento pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Posizionato a pochi passi dal centro di Bolzano. Ottima accoglienza. La signora Maurizia molto gentile e professionale. Complimenti!!Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Park Residence Apartments
Stayed in its 2 bedroom apartment. Place was elegantly and tastefully decorated. It is very clean and feels like a home. It also has lift to the apartment. Also has a car park option which us very useful if you are driving into this ZTL city - you however need a walk up a flight of stairs - which is fine unless you have wheelchair needs. The first room faces the street but 2nd room faces a private corridor. Will stay likely stay here again when I am back.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa struttura ricavata da un vecchio palazzo del 700. Personale dell'agenzia gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Forniscono la Ritten card con la quale usufruire dei mezzi pubblici e della funivia del Renon e relativo trenino. Le stanze ottimamente arredate sono comode e pulitissime. A due passi da tutti i principali punti di attrazione del centro di Bolzano. Consigliatissimo.

Ein wirklich elegant und sauberes Apartment. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eine Klappschlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Eine 2te Toilette wo auch eine Waschmaschine steht ist auch vorhanden. Bloß ein wenig wurde bei der Küchenausstattung gespart. Ein Nudelsieb, Pfeffer, Geschirrtücher, Kaffeemaschine und Topflappen fehlen. Aber trotzdem zu empfehlen, schon allein weil man mitten in Bozen ist. Wir werden bestimmt irgendwann wiederkommen.

شقق رائعه وهاديه ويوجد بها مصعد صعب توصلها بالسياره في بولزانو القديمه لكن قريبه جداً من السنتر والموظفون ودودون جداً وبالاخص الكس اول يوم كان المكيف عطلان وبولزانو حاره صلح المكيف ثاني يوم وعوضنا عن اول يوم بقيمة 100 يورو
