Book Taxi Milan
I pre-booked a taxi to the airport the day before my flight. In the morning, I received a text saying the taxi was on its way, but at the same time they emailed me (with no accompanying text) to say the taxi was not coming! When I phoned the information number they said they didn’t have any information about if the taxi was coming or not. It’s really hard to get a taxi or Uber in Milan so this was extremely stressful. Also if I hadn’t checked my email, I would have assumed the taxi was coming like the text message said. Very poor.
