Penisola Experience

We found out about the Penisola Experience on TikTok and we're so glad we did! Chef Cristiano is honestly the most friendliest guy I have ever met. He picked us up, took us to his home - where this beautiful, pristine outdoor kitchen area is, complete with stunning views of Sorrento. He taught us how to make Tirmasu, Aubergine (Eggplant) Parm & Gnocchi. We tasted his red wine and limoncello, both made on site - both to die for!The food was amazing, the host was amazing, the whole experience is perfect. We would highly recommend this to others visiting Sorrento. You will not be disappointed!

We booked a cooking class in Sorrento, and Pensiola Experience did not disappoint! Christiano was the catalyst to a great experience. His high energy and passion for food really made the class entertaining. Not to mention the spectacular views from the terrace of their family home. I’m already looking forward to booking this class again. If you are staying in Sorrento, this is the only cooking class in my opinion. 10/10 recommendation.

Amazing cooking class with Cristiano in his family home.Cristiano made the cooking class so fun and his personality made it really enjoyable.Taught how to make 3 courses as well as limoncello.The wine provided was lovely, which is made in-house by the family.Would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Sorrento you won't regret it!

Juliana and Christiano were one of the best hosts ever! Such an incredible experience. Beautiful venue, beautiful people and delicious food!It was such a special celebration for my birthday and the overall experience was 10/10.We didn’t want to leave.I do not suggest you leave without experiencing this amazing opportunity to learn how to make Italian food and taste the most amazing food and wine from their own gardens.The eggplant Parmesan was incredible. Do not forget to do the wine and oil pairing experience!! It’s one of a kind!Amazing!!!

Una experiencia muy recomendable. Cristiano es un Showman. Tiene mucha mano con la cocina y sociabiliza muy bien con los clientes. El lugar y el clima han sido perfectos y las vistas inmejorables. Se nos ha hecho corta y eso es porque lo henos pasado bien cocinando lo que luego hemos comido. Os va a gustar.

Learning to cook authentic Italian food with Christiano and his sister at their beautiful family home was such an amazing experience! The ingredients were so fresh and the food was incredible! Christiano was absolutely hilarious and kept everyone entertained from the time he picked us up at our hotel until the time he dropped us back off. My husband and I truly enjoyed this experience and will never forget it!

Best experience in Italy!Cristiano and his sister were Amazing!Knowlegeable, Fun and the most memorable experience. I've been to Italy 3 times and never before did I have more fun than this.

Took our whole family to this and everyone really enjoyed Cristiano! What a great chef and entertainer! He arranged transportation for us and made sure it all went super smooth. His home and the cooking kitchen are wonderful with amazing view of coastline. Our 3 kids (18, 20, 22 year old) really enjoyed it also as he can entertain the whole family! A very nice family memory for us!
