Ottimo bed and breakfast, molto elegante e curato. Proprietari gentili e professionali. Location fantastica, a pochi passi dal Duomo. È stato veramente un soggiorno meraviglioso!

Stiamo soggiornando ora. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza con il salotto e la cucina. Veramente una chicca in centro a Modena. Ricerca dei dettagli e capacità di coccolare l'ospite. L'atmosfera è piacevole ed avvolgente. Pulizia molto accurata. Se a questo aggiungiamo la cortesia e la disponibilità di Massimo il risultato è top. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

Siamo stati da Old town per una notte. Ho fatto diverse richieste al proprietario del b&b, tutte accolte. Siamo arrivati con qualche ora di anticipo e ci è stato permesso di entrare subito in camera, dopo una chiacchierata su tutti i posti da visitare a modena. Camera pulitissima dotata di ogni comfort a due passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni culturali. Sig. Massimo un vero gentleman. Consigliatissimo.

It's baffling that this place would be well-reviewed. I booked this place for my parents on a family trip to Modena, and it turned out to be such a horrible experience that they ended up checking out after one night of what was supposed to be a four night stay.The biggest issue was there was no hot water in the room. My mom only realized this after getting ready to shower after a long and exhausting trip. For a four star hotel, this should never have occurred in the first place. But then after waiting almost an hour for the owner to come in from out of town to fix it, they had to endure his terrible rude attitude, acting like it was my parents' problem, and talking about how he was the best in Modena.Beyond that, the perfume that fills the rooms is nauseating; they don't have glasses - everything is plastic; there's no kettle; and they have the temerity to charge 2.50 euro for Twinings tea bags and coffee pods. Also, the listing misleads you into thinking the breakfast is on-site. It is not. The owner gives you coupons and you have to go to outside to other restaurants to redeem your little sandwich and coffee. The lights weren't working properly in the hallway so you have to feel your way around the elevator buttons and there was the neighbor's laundry drying by the windows. At best, this place is a way overpriced—and very tiny—Air Bnb.The worst part is, the owner refuses to refund us for the 3 nights they didn't stay, so now we have to contact our credit company to resolve the issue, and will be dealing with it for the next few weeks. If the stay had been merely mediocre, my parents would have endured it, as they are older, and moving around is really stressful. There are real hotels with much better amenities in Modena. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
