Great gym.Brand new (opened in March 2022).We trained there 5 times (each). Great machines and equipment. Professional staff. Speak decent English which is rare in Italy.Gym has two sets of dumbells up to 40 kg.Two squad racks. Four (stable) foldable benches.Four treadmills.Leg press with max 360kg (but it is enough for most of people).Couple machines for legs, glutes, harmstrings.Very good movement on cable machines for back workouts.Rear delts/fly machine.Chest and shoulder press machine.Trainers are always spoting you and giving you instructions for best movement on each exercise. They help to add remove plates if needed.One session 8€We took as a couple 10 sessions for 50€, which is a great deal.Most important, this gym is air conditioned so it is not too hot, even when it is +36C outside.Recommendation from me.
