Villa Santa Maria

Ottima sistemazione, nel cuore di montalcino, con parcheggio.

Villa has perfect location in the city center, nice garden, perfect parking, pet allowed. We made reservation in the night before coming, it was confirmed immediately.But check in is possible at 4 pm/6 pm, pretty late for us. We had to wait for more than 1 hour for lady which accomodated us. Communication with Roberto was not good. In the end we had different room without view, bathroom was smelled of mold, the shower was broken, there wasn´t any toilet paper, I have never seen so dirty hair dryer :( Kitchen equipment was bad - it would be nice to have wine glasses.It's like there is no care and interest about guest :(

Miejsce z super lokalizacją, ogrodem i parkingiem na posesji. To odnośnie plusów.Czas na minusy: bardzo mały prysznic, czystość na średnim poziomie, właściciel niemal nie mówi w innym języku niż włoski - angielski totalnie niezrozumiały (choć bardzo się starał - co bardzo szanuję). Zasadniczo na miejscu (poza panią,która dała nam klucze i zniknęła) nie było nikogo - możliwe, że powodem była wizyta poza sezonem.Daję 4 gwiazdki głównie za świetną lokalizację i piękny widok z okna o poranku.

Eigentlich ist es ein nettes kleines Apartment. Ausstattung? O.k., wir haben immer das für uns Wichtige und Notwendige dabei. Espressokanne, Müslischalen, große Tassen, Milchschäumer, Bratpfanne und einiges mehr. Teller, Tassen, Töpfe und Besteck sind vorhanden.Aber der Kontakt zu und mit Roberto gestaltet sich nicht so einfach. Mit Parkplatz gebucht, aber dann heißt es per WhatsApp, due to work in progress" könne man nicht bis vor das Apartment fahren. Treffpunkt an einem Hotel 100 Meter entfernt. Daniela holt uns ab.
