The buildings, accommodations, history and people were all beyond words. To call it comfortable would be an understatement! The castle has history worth learning and the area is incredible. The people in the area and the staff were so friendly we had a feeling we knew them for years. They are now our friends and it was sad to leave. The owner was highly respected in the community and treated us as if we were family.The beds were comfortable and the rooms furnished tastefully with antiques.The surrounding area and views were breathtaking.The morning breakfast was always delicious and the hospitality make this more of a five star resort then a BnB or hotel.The spa was modern and comfortable.The common areas always clean and just filled with art, antiques and decorations you would expect in a royal residence.We did not, “stay,” here we, “lived,” here for two weeks.We will be back again and again. The memories made and the friendships changed us for the better.

The owner is so kind and helpful. He is honest and precise. The Villa is charming and you feel good vibes in that little town. I highly recommend it.
