No shuttle bus at night, you will need to walk a long way to the terminal. It was hard to find the keybox when you return your car. look to the left of the offices.

4 uur in de bloedhitte zitten wachten omdat onze vlucht was omgezet en we eerder aan kwamen als afgesproken. Ze weigerde ons om een auto te geven we moesten maar wachten want de auto's ( 2 ) moesten nog gepoetst worden . Wat kregen we een auto met een kruiwagen zand !! Maar ja toch maar genomen na het nodige verweer want we hadden nog een eind te rijden.......

Worst company is Hertz, including Thrifty and Dollar, all the same company. They will flip the AM and PM on your reservation to charge penalties and extra money. We weren't only people this happened to. We even had it booked online. . . Scammers.

Take a video of your car before you leave. They will try to scam you out of money by falsely declaring damages when you return. Customer service is terrible. Don't rent a car unless you absolutely need to...(not that the public transport in Italy is organized or intuitive)

Absolutely the worst. Even with a reservation you need to wait in line, give a mobile number, wait to be called, go through entire rental process again. Then wait in line some more. After an hour I gave up on Avis and went to Europcar. Europcar had me in a car in 15 minutes although a higher price. Its absolute chaos and I have never seen an organisation managed so poorly.

Fantastic service.We had an initially problem with the first car… we had been driving ten minutes and a rattling sound occurred. Thankfully we weren’t far so we managed to drive back and the staff could not have been more helpful in arranging another car.

Ogromne kolejki. Gdyby nie podróż z niemowlakiem stalibyśmy tam kilka godzin pomimo wcześniejszych rezerwacji. Zastanawiam się jak wygląda wynajem w pobliskich firmach jak Sixt czy Hertz gdzie wydawało mi się, że biura są dość puste.
