A beautiful store with Tuscan designs, an ideal place for paper and stationery lovers. A bit overpriced. Bought a few sweet pieces for letters.

Non rilegare i libri qui. Dopo essere stati in ritardo di settimane su più ordini, sono riusciti a commettere gravi errori su tutti i libri, che vanno da errori di ortografia al disallineamento della rilegatura in modo che la carta sporga all'incollaggio di interi capitoli insieme causando pesanti e inevitabili strappi della carta. Attenersi ai prodotti già fatti, sono sicuro che la pandemia ha causato frustrazione, ma non sono mai state nemmeno interazioni piacevoli. Sempre scortese e mi hanno persino accusato di mentire dopo che mi avevano detto che sarebbe stato pronto in 16 giorni, 19 giorni dopo hanno detto che avevano bisogno di settimane in più e mi hanno detto che ero d'accordo con quello. Basta attenersi ai prodotti già realizzati e aspettarsi lavoratori irritabili. C'è molto di meglio a Firenze.Don't get your books bound here. After being weeks late on multiple orders, they managed to make major mistakes on all of them, ranging from misspellings to misaligning the binding so the paper is loose to glueing entire chapters together causing heavy inevitable ripping. Stick to the already made products if any, I'm sure the pandemic caused tension but never pleasant interactions either. Always rude and even accused me of lying after they had told me it would be ready in 16 days, 19 days later they claimed they needed weeks more and told me I had agreed with that. Just stick to the already made goods and expect cranky workers. There is way better in Florence.
