Pazienti, disponibili e multitasking.Ho avuto un problema con la carta di credito, sono stati efficaci nel risolvere il problema.Inoltre uno dei pochi che ti consegna l'automobile che effettivamente hai prenotato e non una simile.Al prossimo noleggio...

We got the exact car we reserved: a Fiat 500X which was really nice! GM picks you up to go outside Fiumicino to a parking, which took us ca 15 minutes. Nice personnel.

Simon was absolutely friendly, he answered all my questions, green motion the company should treat him the best. Top service. No issue at all with him or the company policies, since I treated the car like it was mine. Car was a volkswagen golf almost brand new.

To quick summarize this... scam please avoid.Rented from them in late May, needed a car for a couple of days and rates were very attractive so gave it a go. The pick up experience was very smooth I quickly inspected the car under the pouring rain, signed a form showing confirming previous damage in several location and drove away.Returned the car at 5am before they opened, parked the car as instructed and caught my flight.Several days later I noticed a charge of over $500 on my credit card. I contacted them and they sent me a picture with scratches on the rear bumper. The picture showed the car about 3hrs after I had dropped it off in a different location. I requested a copy of the pre-rental inspection; it was never provided to me. They refused to remove the charge.I have moved the dispute over to my credit card company.

Esperienza meravigliosa. La attenzione di Viola non poteva essere migliore, molto vicina, veloce, ed efficace. Di solito quando affittiamo una macchina ci sono mille però, e truffe nascoste, invece siamo rimasti molto contenti. Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Ottima scelta qualità prezzo e macchine nuovissime.Ho scelto una Golf automatica ma hanno anche altra scelta, dalla familiare grande alla piccolina da città.Appena fuori dall’aeroporto ma hanno una navetta che ti prende e ti riporta in aeroporto 24h su 24h

Noleggiato con Green Motion una Fiat 500x, ritirata con soli 4km e a una tariffa veramente ridicola. Al rientro non c’è stato alcun tipo di problema. L’impiegata al desk, Viola, è stata molto gentile e professionale! Alla prossima!

Pessimo servizio. Ho lasciato la macchina la mattina e al rilascio non c’era nessuno. La sera mi è arrivata un’email in cui mi sono stati decurtati dei soldi per “ danneggiamenti” senza alcuna prova o evidenza. Lo sconsiglio fortemente!!!

I have to admit that I was sceptical at first, having never heard of this company. Car rental agencies have a poor reputation and generally for a reason. What truly made this rating a 5 star was the great service we received from Fabrizio, he was willing to go above and beyond. Thank you!
