Had an excellent massage here! I was told it would be a therapeutic massage and not a relaxive massage. Oooh!, It was done by professionals from the therapeutic medical field. Yes, professionalS - plural. I had two people working on me for about 25 minutes of the hour long massage. It was amazing. My primary therapist was Francesca and she was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable. It was so good that I booked a second appointment. Brava, Francesca!I had to leave Bergamo before the second appointment and found it impossible to cancel the appointment. I couldn't find any contact info for this business other than a telephone number (I booked my first appointment by walking into the office). Unfortunately, after attempting to call five times on two different days, I was not able to reach anyone to cancel the appointment and there was no possibility to leave a message. Centro Massoterapico - you may want to consider more communication channels so you don't get stuck with no-shows. If not for the communication challenges, I would have given this business five stars. Nonetheless, the massage from Francesca was amazing so she gets five stars!
