This morning 3 March 2021 around 10.30 am i called this pediatrician because my daughter five years old wake up sick what ends up on an alimentary allergies, after running the hospital. I am spanish with european card and call this doctor scared about my child. At the phone they answer me they could not attend me because they are not her doctor and they do not know whom is my daugther. WOW, i thougth the hiprocatic juramento was all over the world. They hung up the phone and did not even try to help me. By the way, i made a huge effort to speak in italian and was obvious they were understanding me.

I am very pleased with this doctor. She is really professional! Even taking into the consideration that I speak only English but still she is trying to communicate with me and make everything clear for me. I really trust the health of my kids to Doctor Conzales!
