Had a horrible experience here where they didn’t give us our car due to a card issue. We were left stranded in the middle of como, no refund given and the customer service was terrible to us. The receptionist tried to help us but was yelled at by her customer service. Terrible company out to cheat tourists. Teach them what’s right and steer clear

This place is not open on weekends. We turned up to pick up our car, and it’s closed until 9am Monday. We’ve had to travel back to Milan and book another car through another provider.
