Wir haben in diesem Jahr schon zum zweiten Mal einen Italienisch-Kurs in der ‚casa di Puglia‘ in Ostuni besucht und sind begeistert. Stani ist ein liebenswürdiger Lehrer, dem das Wohlbefinden seiner Schüler am Herzen liegt und er ist in der Lage, sich auf die unterschiedlichsten Bedürfnisse einzustellen. Seine langjährige Erfahrung als Fremdsprachenlehrer wirkt sich sehr positiv auf die hervorragende Qualität seines Unterrichts aus. (Ich denke, dass ich das beurteilen kann, da ich selbst Fremdsprachen unterrichtet habe.) Wir haben von unserem Aufenthalt in Ostuni sehr profitiert und können di ‚casa di Puglia‘ uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen. Torneremo.R. H.-V.

This intensive, one week course was a great way to kickstart our conversation skills and build confidence in speaking, greatly enhancing our trip. Stani is an excellent teacher and discussion leader, very attentive and insightful. He effectively accommodated the differing levels of the various class members. The classes were fun and relaxed and the hours flew by. We recommend CasadiPuglia highly and may well take another session in a future trip.

Both myself and Mikey, my partner had the privilege of receiving 10 days of intensive language lessons from Stani. Stani is an excellent teacher, has great patience, and welcomes many questions no matter how silly they may sound. Stani has a great command of spoken English as well as French, Portuguese and of course, Italian. He has great taste in music, movies, football and a love of history so we had lots to chat about. After our 10 days we finished our classes having a far more understanding of how to pronounce words in Italian, the tenses and feel far more confident with speaking basic Italian so we both have a good foundation that allows us to get by in Italian. We still use Google Translate for more complicated words but will certainly build on the knowledge we gained for our classes with Stani. Loved his biscuits and coffee too!!

Ich war 5 Wochen bei Stani im casa di puglia. Der Unterricht war einfach Klasse! Individuell und flexibel. Er holte" mich sehr geduldig und immer freundlich auf meinem Livello ab und brachte mir (fast nebenbei) sehr viel Neues bei.Super für mich war das viele Sprechen. Die normale Alltagssprache

Wir haben jetzt eine Woche intensivkurs in der Sprachschule von Stani hinter uns. Natürlich waren wir anfangs sehr gespannt was uns erwartet - Vorweg wir haben eine tolle Erfahrung gemacht die wir beizeiten wiederholen werden.Stani hat uns genau bei unserem Sprachstand abgeolt. Man merkt halt seine jahrzehnte lange Erfahrung - auch im Aufbau der Lektionen, die zum selber Sprechen anregen und den vielen plastischen Erklärungen. Das ganze gewürzt mit vielen Einblicken in die italienische Kultur - gewürzt mit lokalen Biscotti und Kaffeezeremonien... und viel Humor - wir haben in der enstspannten Atmosphär so oft herzhaft lachen können - alles in allem - für den, der sich in der italienischen Sprache weiterentwickeln will - sehr zu empfehlen..

What a wonderful experience I had with Stani and Casa di Puglia in Ostuni! Stani is a breath of fresh air after the often impersonal and grammar-oriented classes of other language schools. His teaching style is patient, and thorough, and he provides his students with both language instruction and cultural information (I now know how the biscotti of the region relate to the Latin name for Puglia!). I highly recommend Stani and Casa di Puglia for learning or improving your Italian and the lovely Ostuni as a place for doing so!

I have just completed a week of Italian language and culture lessons ( 2 hrs a day) with Stani and 3 other students at Casa Di Puglia and cannot recommend more highly. From my first contact with Stani over a year ago when I began planning my trip to Italy, I have received such great care and advice on all aspects of my stay. He is a fantastic language teacher, makes the lessons fun and shares so much more than vocabulary and grammar. If you would like to immerse yourself in the culture and live the life of an Italian in the beautiful small città of Ostuni do not hesitate to contact Stani. You will not be disappointed!

I just returned home and was reflecting on the incredible time I had at Casa Di Puglia. I have been to language schools in Florence, Perugia, and Camerano (i.e I am a language school junkie.) Initially I felt a bit hesitant about signing up for this course and sending my fee because I couldn’t find much about it on the internet and wasn’t sure exactly what I was in for. But I decided to give it a shot, because why not? If you are feeling hesitant, don’t be! Sign up! I am so happy I did. Stani is an incredibly gifted language teacher. His patience is endless. The pride and care he takes in his position as a teacher is really commendable. The school itself is small and intimate and atmospheric. Do not expect to be lectured at in a big classroom, but rather spoken to across a table over cookies. When you are here, you are in Puglia. You are in Ostuni. You are made to feel at home. This school has character and heart. I was only in class for two weeks, but I absolutely improved. I made friends with a retired couple from England and we took two lovely field trips together to Masserias where they made cheese and olive oil. The experience was rich culturally and linguistically. Taking an Italian class with Casa di Puglia, was hands down one of the best learning experiences of my life. I arrived at the train station in Ostuni and was greeted with a huge smile by the teacher, Stani, holding a sign, “Casa Puglia.” I studied with Stani for two weeks, four hours a day. Within such a short time of meeting him, I felt like I had known him forever, he did such a great job at making me feel at home, and encouraging me to get to know Ostuni. He is a fantastic teacher, professional and charismatic. He made learning Italian fun and he was so passionate about what we did. From learning new vocabulary to pronunciation to teaching me how to make expresso with a Bialetti. Every day I parted from the lesson with a handful of Monachelle, left over from our afternoon break. Of course, I bought a Bialetti, and every time I use it, it brings back such fond memories of my time at Casa Puglia. Every day I looked forward to going to school and learning more about the language and the culture. He made this learning experience feel like we were long-time friends who spent time together learning about Italian culture. He was knowledgeable and caring and I appreciated his patience and sense of humor. The hotel that he recommended, Hotel La Terra, was wonderful—the staff were warm, and caring and they really went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was sad to leave but my heart felt full as I departed. This was truly an amazing experience that I will never forget, I recommend Casa di Puglia to anyone who has ever dreamed of studying Italian abroad. Thanks a bunch Stani!
