Nel nostro soggiorno a Roma, abbiamo deciso di fare un pranzo in questo posto.A pochi passi dal Pantheon. Quindi zona centralissima.Stella Michelin nel 2021.É consigliato prenotare, noi non l'abbiamo fatto ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare un posto.Il locale non é grandissimo, ha posti anche fuori.Il personale é super super gentile e disponibile.Questa esperienza culinaria ce la porteremo nel cuore.Il menù é alla carta. I prezzi sono un po' più alti rispetto alla media o almeno a quello che siamo abituati però vale i soldi spesi.Abbiamo scelto: il piatto con l'anguilla, una porzione di udon saltati e 2 tipi di rol (uno classico con il salmone e uno con il gambero fritto). Che dire, qualità eccellente.Il pesce si scioglieva in bocca.Il primo rol aveva anche la philadelphia ma rispetto agli all you can eat era poco quindi potevi sentire il vero sapore del pesce.Non abbiamo mai mangiato un sushi così buono. L'ordinazione non ci ha messo molto ad arrivare. Quindi servizio veloce.Una chicca sicuramente sono i menù che sono di carta con i disegni dei piatti.Abbiamo speso in 2 circa 77 euro.Ma alla fine é un prezzo che spenderesti anche in una trattoria romana turistica però qui vale 1000 volte in più.Quindi in conclusione, consiglio questo posto? ASSOLUTAMENTE SI. Voto +10.

Sono stato in questo ristorante piu di una volta ed e il muo punto di riferimento per i Ramen a Roma. Ovviamente se si ha provato il Ramen in Giappone non ci si può aspettare lo stesso livello ma sono comunque ottimi.Di solito prendo anche la degustazione di nigiri che e molto buona.

Honestly, the best nigiri sushi I have ever had. Try fatty salmon if available, but you can hardly make a mistake when ordering. Ramen is also great!

Fantastic Japanese restaurant experience.Visited beginning of November.Very professional staff, absolutely delicious food.Haven’t had such a delicious and beautifully prepared Unagi!Even the kids loved their dishes.We tried different nigiri, tempura shrimp and vegetables, curry and uramaki.Highly recommended!

Ristorante con una buona location e decorazione . Personale gentile è disponibile. Io personalmente come amante di ramen , ho assaggiato solo il ramen e non era uno dei migliori tra quelli che ho assaggiato a Roma . I prezzi si sono un po’ elevati.

This is heamds down the best ramen in Rome. Both spicy and not ramen are great, the bowl is quite big and the price is fair. As for the sushi, extreamly fresh, I usually don’t like fish but i have to admit i really enjoyed this one. Maybe one thing to consider, this is quite an expensive restaurant but worth every euro!

Liked Shiroya so much we came here twice during our visit to Rome in September 2021. Very good place for authentic, high quality sushi and other Japanese dishes. We loved the authentic wakame salad, gyoza, nigiri (they sadly didn't have chutoro or otoro in either of our visits), and yakitori. The spicy salmon roll was also very good, and the spicy ramen had a bit of a unique (strong shellfish and tomato) flavor but was still good.

If you need a break from the Italian food this restaurant is definitely a must! The staff was friendly and attentive. They use fresh ingredients and the sushi rolls were great. The black sesame ice cream was delicious!!! Highly recommended to reserve a table in advance.

Probably the best ramen you can eat in Rome.Servizio veloce.Personale gentile.Ambiente curato e soprattutto pulito.Dumplings di maiale e verdure ottimi.Ramen con uovo e maiale anche questo delizioso.Prezzi in linea con la tipologia di locale, di certo non economici.

Awesome restaurant serving the highest quality Japanese dishes. We stopped by as it was close to our hotel and had great reviews and we were very impressed.The staff was really friendly and were able to offer us a sit even though we didn't have a reservation. We had to wait for a few minutes but it wasn't an issue.The food was delicious and the quality of the ingredients was obvious. The spicy ramen was indeed spicy and the sushi selection was excellent. There's also a good variety of Japanese drinks to choose from.
