I did order 08/11, but I havn't recived nothing.They don't answer. I'm going to police I think. It's not a possible!!!!

I had a very good experience with the customer service. It was fast and to the point and very helpful. The sizes run small so I had to exchange the first set for a size larger. The breeches are unisex and for women I recommend to go by the hip measurement rather than the waist.Compared to other brands I looked at, I decided to keep this fencing uniform because of the very white color, the light weight and the cut. I prefer the glove to be made of leather and was happy to find one here that I really like. They do run really small in sizes, though. I am up one size from my normal but could have done one more.

Excellent products, both for fencing and fashion-wear (gloves and socks): stylish, comfortable and lasting. Bought it for the first time over 30 years ago, still buying from Carmimari today. Top quality * * * * *

Worst Customer Service I've ever had. I bought a fencing glove for my father, hoping to give it to him in time for Christmas. Two weeks after I had ordered, the glove still hadn't arrived. I tried everything, email, facebook messages, leaving a message on their answerphone, but nobody would answer me for days. Eventually I got an email back apologising and saying that the glove would arrive after christmas as they didn't have any in stock... HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY SOMETHING WHEN IT IS OUT OF STOCK?? If it's out of stock - update your website!! Finally I was promised a discount that would be sent with the glove. When the glove finally arrived, it was a different colour to the one on the website and there was no discount to be seen. Apalling. Unlucky, 4 weeks ago I decided to order a plastic epee on this site. I live in Milan, 30 km from the company. Since then, I tried several times to contact the company to know the status of my order, both by email and telephone, with no response. I hope to receive my order, sooner or later. Terrible service at the highest price. You can easily find a better place for your fencing shopping.

Scandalosi! Ho dato la mia giacca per tirare più di 10 mesi fa per farci aggiungere una banale scritta del cognome dietro la giacca. Non si sono fatti sentire per 10 mesi nonostante abbia insistito più volte. Dopo 10 mesi se ne escono fuori chiedendomi il prezzo spropositato di 60chf (55€) per una scritta del cognome sul retro della giacca e per avermi fatto aspettare più di 10 mesi senza notizia. Pessimi. Vergognoso.
