Our experience here was very smooth – the dropoff is at the front desk of the hotel up 2 sets of stairs, and the attendant there looked at our Bounce booking and asked us to take a photo of our bags.The photo is how we claimed the bags later (no ticketing/numbering system), and since a shift change had happened while we were gone, we were just let into the storage room to pick them up.In our case this wasn't an issue – everything was there, nothing was missing – but if you're very security-conscious you might prefer a location with more strict rules.

4 1/2 stars: Great communication and location close to the Duomo. Liked the procedure of taking pics and the concierge retrieving the bags herself vs. letting the customers grab them from the pile, as well as flexibility with timing. The elevator is a little archaic and did not work on our back, so docking a half star for that.

Difficult to find - it is in the hotel and up 2 flights of stairs - there is no Bounce branding to look for. However, once found, staff were helpful and easy to collect.

Great location if you will be shopping and around the Duomo BUT it was hard to find (-1 star for this)!! I probably walked around the entrance for 30 minutes before the doorman came out and helped me. Have to go up a semi-tiny elevator so large bags may be hard to maneuver. The woman at the front desk was super kind - a plus in Milan.
