Ottima esperienza con trasferimento da Roma a Sorrento

ECS ITALIA offre un servizio generale buono, tuttavia, sarebbe utile se migliorassero la comunicazione, che a volte può risultare poco gentile e disponibile. Durante un recente viaggio con ECS ITALIA, l'autista assegnatomi era di età avanzata e ci ha portato lungo un percorso non usuale per ritornare a Catania. Questa esperienza è stata un po' imbarazzante poiché avevo degli ospiti con me e il modo in cui l'autista ha risposto alle nostre domande non è stato molto piacevole. ECS ITALIA ha il potenziale per offrire un servizio a 5 stelle, tuttavia, migliorare la gentilezza e la disponibilità nella comunicazione può fare la differenza. A volte basta un po' di gentilezza per diventare il miglior servizio di trasporto disponibile.

Use this company from Naples to Massa Lubrense where we stayed and then from Massa Lubrense to Positano and back. Amazing drivers, nice cars, they told us all about the towns we were driving by and the history of places we passed! The owner even drove us one day to make sure our large group was accommodated! 100% would use them again! THank you for everything!
