We rented a car in the period 27.04.23-30.04.23. at Bergamo airport. We returned the car, got the deposit back, and the employee confirmed that everything was fine. Now, 3 months later, the amount of 745.59 and 500 euros has been deducted from my account. No one has written to us or told us what they are taking this money for. I'll take down the post when this thread is finally resolved.

Il 28 maggio, quando abbiamo noleggiato un'auto, ho pagato l'intero importo che doveva essere pagato, e dopo che la transazione è stata completata, cioè il 2 giugno, hanno aggiunto un costo aggiuntivo per l'assicurazione maggiore con cui prima non se ne parlavapo skończonej transakcji gdy już oddaliśmy auto została nam doliczona opłata 70 € za wyższe ubezpieczenie którego nie zamawialiśmy. 28 maja gdy wypożyczyliśmy samochod zapłaciłam pełną kwotę, która była do dopłaty, a po skończonej transakcji czyli 2 czerwca doliczyli mi dodatkową opłatę za wyzsze ubezpieczenie o któreym wcześniej nie było mowy

Odbiór i zdawka auta przebiegła sprawnie i pomyślnie. Pomimo odbioru auta w nocy ( o północy) nie było problemu - niestety usługa kosztuje dodatkowe 40€

We rent a car in RentPlus , but turned out there are based few companies, we had new Lexus. Deposit were refunded in 3 days after we returned the car. Also great service, pick up from airport

I've rented cars here twice. Both times at night. Smooth service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Real professionals, everything was perfect. I would like to mention that due to my flight schedule I had to return the car at 04AM on Sunday.

We paid for the late pickup 40 €. There should be a free shuttle bus, but when we call nobody answered. So we went by walk over one kilometer. Other than that, everything was ok.
