Country house magicamente bella...

Per 80 euro a coppia una notte è esagerato. Stanza senza piastrellamento, gradini per il bagno fatti con bancali e neanche tanto sicuri, bagno senza bidet e pattumiera, niente lenzuolo sotto ma un copri materasso trasparente, finestre senza zanzariera. La colazione solo caffè con moka nella cucina abitata dalla madre, biscotti mulino bianco e fette biscottate. Yogurt confezionati. Alla richiesta di un cappuccino la risposta è stata no loro solo tradizionale.

Fantastico cascinale ristrutturato a nuovo ,con camera grandissima e letti comodiRimane in mezzo a dei campi ,e quindi la sera si gode di un silenzio incredibile.La proprietaria è molto gentile e accoglienteConsigliato per una sosta rilassante

We had made a booking.com reservation 6 hours in advance, which was confirmed by the B&B La Locanda di Chicca.Anyhow, when navigating to the provided google-map GPS coordinates of the B&B, we landed somewhere in the middle of nowhere, without seeing any building in a radius of 500m. We drove a 4 km square again and started to ask a person at the only country house in this area. Some people of this community told us that the B&B was located just 80m from the corner where we asked here. Hoping to find the entrance soon, we only found the backside garten of the B&B with loud uninviting guard dogs. After waiting 5 minutes in the car, nobody came out on the garten side, and we almost decided to leave this area. At another corner of the country- side building, another lady directed us to the inner entrance of the B&B. There we had luck that somebody opened the front door (not the lady in charge of the B&B), and we finally succeeded to get in mobile contact with the responsible B&B host. The unlucky news, was that nobody was aware of the booking, meaning nothing was prepared nor a room was available.After having experienced the very poor signposts and poor route navigation, the aggressive barking dogs, my wife was bitten by lots of mosquitoes in front of the house door of the B&B....After this bad experiences, we decided to leave here as fast as possible, and putting up with the paid booking fee for the B&B.Most probably the lady in charge for this B&B, wasn't sufficient organized yet with the booking.com platform. Anyhow, the paid fee for one night was refunded by the host.I would strongly recommend the host to to become more acquainted with the handling and configuration of the booking platform(s), improve the navigation (e.g. within a radius of 20m) and signpost to the localization, and finally a more inviting welcoming procedure. Hope for good luck and better experiences of other (not Italian) guests.

Locale senza tante pretese ma pulito, ordinato con personale accogliente e gentile. Piatti di qualità ad un prezzo economico.
