Gentilissimi e moto in buono

Had a bad experience with customer service here. There is a staff member who makes the whole process harder, slower and is disrespectful.I called up to organise a scooter to rent and the person on the phone told me to arrive at 9:30am or I would miss out on a scooter because they were busy.When I arrived at 9:30am, she told me to come back at 10am because they weren’t open until 10am. She explained that she only told me 9:30 because she didn’t think I’d be on time.Then she spent 15 minutes trying to tell me that my credit card was not a credit card. I had to show the website of the card to prove to her that it was a credit card. I also had to explain / prove to her that I knew how to ride a scooter, despite clearly showing her my car and motorbike license. She really did not want to rent us a scooter.Luckily another staff member was there and helped us out and we were able to get a scooter.Then again when we returned the scooter, it wasn’t an easy process. She started to help me out with the return process, and then left me waiting while she helped someone else for a bit.Good scooters, but rude service.

salento rent per noi turisti annuali e il miglior ritrovo per poter noleggiare auto moto e bici, perciò consiglio a tutti i turisti come me e anche chi con famiglia di visitare il salento e di passare da SALENTORENT per un giro in macchina o in moto per i paesini del salento, e se il tempo lo permette di farsi un giro in bici per le vie del centro storico della bella città barocca di Lecce.Lecce and beautiful and above all salentorent you are the best keep it up.

Ho noleggiato una moto per due giorni e ho avuto un'esperienza molto positiva, sia per l'ampia varietà di scelta che per la davvero ottima disponibilità del personale che si è fatto in quattro per venire incontro ad ogni mia esigenza. Consigliati!

i rented a smart here at a reasonable price and I had a lot of fun :) all the people working here are kind and helpful and I can't wait to take their smart back when I'll come back to lecce! grazie :*

Io e mia moglie, in occasione di un weekend a Lecc, abbiamo noleggiato qui due bici per farci un giro da soli. La cittadina merita, non serve che lo dica io. Le bici erano ok, ed il costo onesto (10€ al giorno CAD.). Il noleggio è situato in zona centrale.
