waited 30 minutes to collect a car and queue has not moved. Absolutely shocking.Location is not particularly easy to find either from the instruction. “300m to the left of the exit of the station” can can interpreted in many different ways.Turned up at the garage, they kept telling us our credit card is not working after inserting it (it does not even allow us to type in PIN). Left without collecting our car.Managed to hire a car without issue from another company - Noleggiare, with the same credit card in question.Wasted us 3.5 hours of our life and 256 euros replacement cost for another car hire.

Booked a car that turned out to be a methane based one that is basically impossible to use. 5L gasoline tank and methane for the rest. AS rhe methane gas tank is not full from the beginning, the initial range is not predictable.This was not clear at all while booking the car.The suggested solution was to upgrade to a normal" car that cost 50% extra per day.To me it seems like designed like that on purpose. Shame that they think this is normal behaviour.We ended up taking a car elsewhere that where it was more transparent."

The rental is actually in one of the corners of the Station building.We had a terrible experience. Our booking was in the afternoon, but we went early in the morning just to check if everything was alright. Then, they said it was. When later we went to collect the car, they said to our surprise the car was actually not insured and that the only insurance we could get was theirs (very expensive), which we later found out was a lie.It was close to closing time, they pressured us to hurry and buy the insurance and the attendant's english was very hard to understand. And very impatient and rude. So basically the same person was very polite in the morning, did not give us the necessary information, and later on pressured us into buying something we did not need and that was very expensive. We felt disrespected and basically robbed.Later on the same trip we rented another car in Sardinia with another company and everything was great. Very good and ethical attendants. Huge difference. Will never use Budget again.

Very bad quality cars.When you need help from them, you will not find it.

This is the worst car Renting company i rented a Fiat Panda for 2 days they took 500€ dir Just 2 days when i Checked my Bank Account know i was shocked

How can a company like this not be able to forecast the number of people attending, especially since they have the reservations ? How can we end up waiting 45 mins to pick up a car?

Wrong location, the office is actually inside the central station. And i am waiting for over an hour and it isn't finished yet, even if i had a reservation.
