We did and pay the order. nobody contact us. no answer. we don't get the order. Don't believe them. He is a thief. I transfered €200 for nothing.

Ottimo circuito mini moto

Purchased motorbike components over a month ago. Have contacted them six times. Not willing to provide an update on my order or respond to me. I paid hundreds of euros for parts they refuse to supply and won't refund. Avoid at all cost!

Buyer from the Netherlands here. Extremely disappointing aftersales. Employees don't speak, read or let alone write any other language then Italian and the (Russian?!) lady handling support even isn't very good at that particular language. We have spend the better part of three months and about 30 (Yup, that's thirty, or three-zero!) email messages, phonecalls and whatnot trying to get a few adhesives with misprints in them replaced and order a few extra adhesives we did ruin ourselves. (We were more then willing to pay extra for those) and even went so far as to send a friend who is fluent in Italian in the mix to call and mail these people. After literary hours and hours of diverse people trying to get this done via email we have admitted defeat. Tossed about €300 of adhesives in the bin because of this disaster. Don't know if Italian people do receive better after sales from this hugely unprofessional company but international buyers: Beware!

Pessimi e ti fanno perdere solo tempo, cambiate mestiere!!
