Mr Annibal is a very competent and nice man! But what he sells as typical knives from the region are ordinary knives from the brand M. Fraraccio - located close to Naples and not in Sicily - like the “rasolino cantanese” or “caltagirone”. I double checked on the internet later and saw that he sells them much more expensive than compared to the prices from the website of the manufacturer. And the olive handle of the rasolino cantanese is not handmade as he said but an industrial product. So I have to revise my initial enthusiastic statement. Still worth a visit of course and you are likely to have a good conversation with the owner.
