Complesso anni 90 tenuto male colazione davvero orribile accoglienza stile caserma dei militari personale inqualificato da rovina vacanze

Don’t be misled by the surroundings, the b&b is maniacally clean and minimalist inside, giving you a relaxing feeling, in contrast with the baroque nature of the city. The owner was quick with his responses and helpful. There is a typical Italian breakfast you can take in a nearby bar/coffeehouse (Italian breakfast = coffee and filled croissants), offered by the house. There is a possibility to wash your clothes (if you stay a couple of nights)Maybe handy to know, for those coming at the airport and wanting to take local transport: you can either take1. The ALIBUS from the airport, get off at Piazza Borsellino and walk 15-20 minutes, through the historic city centre towards Porta Garbibaldi;2. Bus 538, (5min walk, right outside the airport) which brings you to Via Concordia, which are 5 minutes walk to Porta Garibaldi.

Très bon séjour à Catane. Les lieux étaient propres et accueillants. Le propriétaire disponible et sympathique. La chambre se trouve près d'une rue très vivante. le petit déjeuner dans un bar voisin nous plonge dans l'ambiance de la Sicile. A recommander

Non car il était difficile de dormir, il y avait trop de bruit. L’hôtel n’a pas su gérer un groupe scolaire qui a fait du bruit jusqu’à 1h du matin.chambre spacieuse mais ménage négligée et mauvaise insonorisation.

We stayed here for one night before flying out of Catania after three weeks in Sicily. Overall our stay was fine, as the apartment was very clean and felt safe with multiple security doors to enter, and free parking relatively close. Host was easy to reach by phone.The reason for the 3 stars:- When on the phone, it seemed as if parking was directly next to the property, but it is at the end of the block around a very large park/roundabout, that at least while we were there was very full and required us to do multiple laps to find a spot on the far side for the night.- It is as pictured so no deception, but the bed is a pull-out sofa bed that has absolutely zero support - for one short night it sufficed but could not do multiple nights. The bathroom also does not have a shower, just a bathtub with a shower head, again this is pictured, but I’m just not sure why it was designed this way.- there were mutilple mosquitoes in the room due to the outside window/doors being left open after cleaning, and other very loud sounds coming from the neighbors/street throughout the night.- the breakfast that is included is from a caffe a couple blocks away, however you only are allowed one very small sweet croissant and a coffee - when asked if we could have a pizzette or other savory baked good they said we would have to pay full price for breakfast - to us if breakfast is marked as included it should not be so limiting!

This place was a great choice for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many popular tourist attractions. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this B&B to others.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo, l' host e' stato estremamente gentile e accogliente si e' sempre assicurato che fosse tutto perfetto, infatti lo e' stato, la camera è molto bella, accessoriata di tutti i confort e comodità, molto pulita, la struttura e' nuova e moderna, si trova a pochi passi da bar, e negozi, in una piazza nel centro storico, vicino al mare, all' aeroporto, e al fantastico centro di Catania. molto comoda e facile da trovare, il bar dove fare colazione e' ottimo dove si può mangiare la tradizionale granita artigianale e altre specialità del posto. Il mio compagno è catanese lui stesso ne era entusiasta. Sicuramente torneremo.

Ho avuto il piacere di lavorare alla realizzazione di questa accogliente struttura, confermo che sono stati usati materiali e comfort di altissimo livello. In più ho avuto la buona idea di affittare per un weekend una stanza per una coppia di amici che erano venuti a trovarmi da Modena e parlando del loro soggiorno mi hanno confermato di essersi trovati benissimo sia per il comfort della stanza ma anche per l'ubicazione del B&b poiché spostandosi prevalentemente a piedi sono riusciti a visitare gran parte del centro storico. Valutazione onestamente positiva.
