My husband and I bought a beautiful home in Fosciandora last year. Tom the estate helped us from start to finish. He opened an Italian bank account for us, we were initially nervous about this, when you don't speak the language very much it worried us.No need to have worried Tom was with us all the way.He got us a good deal on the property and helped us through everything up to and including completion. The whole process was very easy, Tom was always upfront with all the expenses.We both are most grateful for all the help which was given to us.

Per our request, Tom arranged for us to see 10-15 properties in two days, returning to those of interest with a contractor consultant. From our initial email inquiries in the weeks preceding our visit, Tom was always quick to respond in a straightforward and honest manner. He offered to pick us up at train station, helped us at rental car station, kept in close contact during our entire stay in Ponte a Serraglio. Although we did not end up purchasing property, we would not hesitate to call upon him again and highly recommend him to anyone hoping to purchase property in Italy.Wendy
