FLIXBUS

We are currently on a 1518 flixbus from Bologna to Florence, the bus had to stop after no more then 10km due to problem, apparently we are waiting for assistance that is not arriving, for more then 2,5 hours, and no info how much longer it will take to repair it. We are staying in the bus because outside is 39 degrees Celsius, at least there is an air conditioning.There is no other bus to take us, some people are already delayed and missed their other flights.This is absolutely the last time I am using their service!
